WARRANTY INFORMATION:
E&G Classics, Inc. warrants its chrome parts and products to be free from defects in material, workmanship or
finish for Twenty-Four (24) months from the date of shipment by E&G. This warranty is limited to the repair or replace-
ment, at E&G Classics option, of the defective part or product.
To obtain performance under this warranty you must:
1.) Present your E&G unit to an authorized distributor in your area with proof of purchase.
2.) If no distributor is available, contact E&G Classics (address below) for authorization to return unit.
3.) Returns - All unauthorized returns will be refused. Merchandise approved by E&G for return must have been
purchased within the Twenty-Four (24) months. All returns require an authorization number obtained from E&G
and the actual return must be accompanied by the written authorization form filled out completely. All merchan
dise must be inspected upon receipt and shortages reported within 48 hours. All merchandise must be in a resal
able condition. Merchandise must be packed carefully in the original packing. If original packing is no longer
usable, repack item(s) comparable to original manner. All returns are subject to a 25% handling charge. Special
order items are not returnable. Defective merchandise must have an explanation of the problem. No credit will

13. Open the front door and align the front rocker
panel into place. Reinstall the factory two-piece
plastic push fastener to secure the front of the
rocker panel.
14. Drill a 3/16” hole through the wheel well liner
(where shown) for future push fastener installation.
15. Depending on front door clearance at the lower
front corner, you may have to reposition the lower
portion of the front fender in or out for adequate
clearance.
16. Remove the plastic fasteners that secure the rear
edge of the rear inner wheel well liner and pull the
inner wheel well liner out to expose the inner edge
of the rear bumper cover.
17. Apply the sections of 1-1/2” single sided foam tape
to the tabs the factory plastic fasteners were
installed.

18. Realign the rear section of the inner rear wheel
well liner and install two (2) 1/2” black truss head
screws to secure the wheel well liner to the tape
spacers and bumper cover (do not overtighten.
This will jack out the wheel well to fit tight against
the rear valance sections.

19. Measure down from the top of the bumper cover
perpendicular to the ground 8” and mark the
wheel opening. This will be the point you align the
top edge of the rear valance side section.
23. Remove the factory two-piece plastic push fastener
located in the front portion of the front wheel arch
(each side).
24. Align the front air splitter sections and reinstall the fac-
tory two-piece plastic push fasteners. Check the part for
proper fit against the front bumper cover, trim as neces-
sary for the part to lay flush against the paint.
20. Measure over 29” from the front top edge of the
rear bumper cover and mark the creased edge.
Measure down 7” from that point to align the rear
edge of the rear valance. You can double check the
perpendicular verticle measurement by measuring
down 7” at the front edge and measuring over
24-1/2”.
25. Remove the parts for paint application. Follow the paint
manufacturer’s recommendations when painting this
type of part (ABS Plastic).
26. Apply 1” wide double faced tape to the inside of the
side sill extension sections as shown. E&G recommends
the use of an adhesive promoter such as “ProBond” or
equivalent be applied and allow to dry before installing
the supplied double faced tape.

21. Drill a .125” (1/8”) hole through the existing upper hole
in the side sill extension and through the inner wheel
well liner, foamtape and bumper cover return and install
a 1/2” Black truss head screw into the upper hole.
22. Drill 3/16” holes through the existing holes in the cen-
ter and bottom inner edges of the side sill extension for
future plastic push fastener installation.
27. Apply 1” wide double faced tape to the inside of the
rear valance sections as shown. E&G recommends the
use of an adhesive promoter such as “ProBond” or
equivalent be applied and allow to dry before installing
the supplied double faced tape.

28. E&G recommends applying an adhesive promoter such
as “Pro-Bond” or equivalent to all rocker panel surfaces
only where the double faced tape will adhere. Use cau-
tion to protect the painted surfaces from excess adhesive
promoter.
29. Align the rear rocker panel into place. Use a grease pen-
cil to make an alignment mark to keep the panel prop-
erly oriented during the double faced tape liner removal.
34. Make sure that the double faced tape liner is taped back
for easy access.
35. Align the rear rocker panel with the grease pencil mark
made in the previous step.
36. Keep an even pressure on the rocker panel while pulling
off the tape liner. Do not push too hard or the tape liner
might break before it is completely removed.
37. Press firmly to adhere the double faced tape.
30. For all Double faced tape installations: Peel back a
small section of double faced tape backing and tape
it back so it you can access it once the painted parts
are in position.
38. Align the front rocker panels into place and install the
factory two-piece push fastener into the upper mount-
ing hole to hold the part in place.
39. Install a black plastic push fastener through the rocker
panel and into the inner wheel well liner to keep it tight
to the rocker panel.
40. Align the front rocker panel bracket into place and
install a factory two-piece push fastener to help hold it
during the following installation procedure.

31. Install two (2) 1/2” black truss head screws in the upper
portion of the rocker panel wheel arch section.
32. Install the factory two-piece push fastener in the lower
mounting hole and rear rocker panel mounting bracket.
33. Install a plastic push fastener through the remaining
hole in the rocker panel and into the inner wheel well
liner to keep it tight to the rocker panel.
41. Make sure that the double faced tape liner is taped back
for easy access.
42. Make sure the front rocker panel is properly aligned. Use
a grease pencil to make an alignment mark to keep the
panel properly oriented during the double faced tape
liner removal.
43. Align the rear rocker panel with the grease pencil mark
made in the previous step.
44. Keep an even pressure on the rocker panel while pulling
off the tape liner. Do not push too hard or the tape liner
might break before it is completely removed.
45. Press firmly to adhere the double faced tape.

46. With the front rocker panel bracket aligned in
place with the factory push pin, finish aligning it to
the pinch weld, making sure that the bracket is
pulled slightly to the rear of the car for rocker
panel to tire clearance.
47. Use a .125” (1/8”) drill bit to drill through the holes
in the brackets, blow out metal shaving, apply
high quality sealer to prevent rust and install
1/8” x 3/4” rivets.
52. Use a 1/8” drill bit to carefully drill through the existing
hole in the bracket and through both the front and rear
rocker panel mounting flanges.
53. Install a 3/4” black truss head screw into the center
hole, making sure the threads protrude underneath the
car.
48. Align the bottom of the rocker panel so that the center
of the mounting flange is centered with the holes in the
bottom of the rear rocker panel bracket. Use a 1/8” drill
bit to carefully drill through the existing hole in the
bracket and through the rocker panel mounting flange.
49. Install a 1/2” black truss head screw into each hole,
making sure the threads protrude underneath the car.
54. Align the bottom of the rocker panel so that the center
of the mounting flange is centered with the holes in the
bottom of the front rocker panel bracket. Use a 1/8” drill
bit to carefully drill through the existing hole in the
bracket and through the rocker panel mounting flange.
55. Install a 1/2” black truss head screw into each hole,
making sure the threads protrude underneath the car.

50. Align the bottom of the rocker panel so that the center
of the front and rear rocker panel mounting flanges are
centered with the holes in the bottom of the pinch
weld bracket. Use a 1/8” drill bit to carefully drill
through the existing holes in the bracket and through
the rocker panel mounting flanges (outer holes).
51. Install a 1/2” black truss head screw into each hole,
making sure the threads protrude underneath the car.
This procedure is used on all rocker panel to pinch weld
mounting brackets (see next step to finish pinch weld
brackets).
56. Make sure that the double faced tape liner is taped back for
easy access.
57. E&G recommends applying an adhesive promoter such as
“Pro-Bond” or equivalent to the bumper cover only where
the double faced tape will adhere. Use caution to protect
the painted bumper cover from excess adhesive promoter.
58. Align the front air splitters using the two-piece factory push
fasteners.
59. Keep an even pressure on the air splitters while pulling off
the tape liner. Do not push too hard or the tape liner might
break before it is completely removed.
60. Press firmly to adhere the double faced tape.

61. Once the double faced tape backing has been removed
and the air splitters adhered tightly to the front bumper
cover, use a 3/16” drill bit to carefully drill through the
existing hole in the front air splitters and install black
plastic push fasteners (one each side).
69. From underneath, use a 3/16” drill bit to drill through
the existing holes in the bottom of the side sill exten-
sions and install two (2) black plastic push fasteners into
the bumper cover.
70. It may be necessary to apply a small amount of silicone
to the upper rear corner of the side sill extensions.
Press the corners firmly in place, wipe of any excess sili-
cone and tape the corner down tightly. Allow the sili-
cone to cure before removing the tape (not shown).
62. Tape the double faced tape liner back for easy access.

the double faced tape will adhere. Use caution to protect
