v\y Sub: Approval for Cost of Preliminary SurveyWork and preparation of DPRs related to mine water Utilization of RGK Sub Area of Bisrampur Area, Bisrampur Area initiated the subject proposal the brief details as below: SECL Board approved proposed estimated expenditure of Rs77.80 crores towards mine water utilization for 13schemes/DPRs proposed from various Areas of SECL, vide item no 276:4:6.Two schemes of Bisrampur area for RGK. UG Mine and Balrampur OC mine for which provision has been taken, MOU has been executed between SECL and state authority (collector of Surajpur District).As per the MOU, schemes proposed for utilization of surplus mine water will be executed by State Govt on Deposit Basis, District Collector, Surajpur has requested to deposit Rs20.21 lakhs as part payment to Executive Engineer PHE Surajpur District for preparation of DPR for two schemes.(Rs1 1.76 lakhs for Balrampur Kumda Group and Rs8.45 lakhs for Mani and Poddi Group). This amount will be adjusted aghainst the payment of first instalment. The proposal recommended by SO Civil Bisrampur area, Vetted by AFM, agreed and forwarded by GM Bisrampur Area to GM(civill/HOD at N/1 GM(P&P) mentioned at N/4 that budget provision exist in BE 2019-20 for the works under’, Mine Water Utilisation Head for Rs100lakhs for supply of minewater to nearby village of RGK Sub Area and Rs80 lakhs for supply of Mine water to nearby village of Kumda Sub” area. CM Civil at N/6 sidelined “B” mentioneé that as per directives of CIL (copy enclosed), should be communicated to State Authority to submit the DPR’s showing cost breakup of fy estimated cost separately for inside mining area and outside mining area to facilitate the possibility of get it funded through CSR funds for the portion of cost outside the mining area. GM Civil at N/8 mentioned that for preparation of DPR, Rs20.21 lakhs may kindly be agreed to under Capital head. GM civil at N/6 recommended the proposal for approval of Rs20.21 lakhs towards deposit to State Authority for preparation of DPRs after preliminary survey.
