SCHEDULE/TIME MANAGEMENT:

Time management involves identifying the specific tasks/activities that project team members and

stakeholders must perform to produce product deliverable. It is needed to identify and document

the activity sequencing. It includes the estimation of work periods that are needed to complete

individual activities. It involves controlling and managing changes to project schedule. The

established baseline is of two weeks of the project and then monitor progress against baseline on

weekly basis. Project Schedule is updated with latest information and not more than two business

days.

RESOURCE MANAGEMENT:

There are many Database analysis software available in the market. Each of them has different

types of pros and cons. According to our project, we need to choose suitable software package

for our client. That software package will help us analysis the data as per our client’s needs. We

will ask about the client’s opinion how they want their database to be generated and what

information’s will need to be added there. Some of the Database generating software packages

that are available online are:

The recommended software packages are: My SQL, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Access. Each

of the software package has different types of features. My SQL has the features where the clients

can management tools and technical support to achieve the highest levels of MySQL scalability,

security, reliability, and uptime another software Microsoft Excel. It has the basic features of all

spreadsheets, using a grid of cells arranged in numbered rows and letter-named columns to

organize data manipulations like arithmetic operations. Microsoft Access is an Ideal for individual

users and smaller teams. Easier than client-server database to understand and use. Import and

export to other Microsoft Office and other applications. Ready templates for regular users to create

and publish data. Allows building and publishing Web databases effortlessly. The other resources

for the projects are the employees such as: The project manager, project lead, data analyst,

developer and testers.

Risk Management:

During implementing, planning for a project and each step of completing, a great risk factor is

always there. There are several kind of risks, like:

 Project completion risk

 Time management risk

 Cost risk

 Internal clash risk within the team

 Some technical risk

Risk management is a vital factor in a company as a result of, without it, a firm probably cannot

define its objectives for the longer term. If an organization defines objectives while not taking the

risks into consideration, chances are high that that they'll lose direction once any of those risks

strike own organization.

CONCLUSION

The “Database creation of KM Super Shop” project has given us a great experience that how the

actual Database creation business runs in the industry. We learned a lot of things by doing this

project.

Creating a whole database of a super shop was a great experience but we also faced some

difficulties to make it. Some of the difficulties were like, time management, request of certain

changes in the database from the owners etc. But after all the hard work from our group mates, we

are able to handover the project on time. One of the major things that we learned in this project is

time management.

At last we can say that, this project has given us a clear view that how the software business

industry is running.
