Test pump and hoses by actual operation.


2 Fire Extinguisher Check operation of Auto switches.

Check location designation.

Conduct inspection and confirmed in the inspection sheet.

Check if operating instruction on nameplate legible and


facing outward, correct if necessary.

Examine for obvious physical damage, corrosion, leakage


or clog nozzle.

Pressure gauge reading must be in operable condition.

Condition of tires,wheels,carriage,nozzle ckecks (for


wheeled units).

Observe unit in operation, note any unusual noise or


vibration indoor & outdoor unit.
Check discharge temp. of Indoor & out door unit & record
data.

Conduct actual test by generating smoke in selected


Fire Alarm System smoke detector and check if fire alarm panel respond.

Check Fire alarm panel for detectors sending fault signal


and have FDAS technician check and repair the fault.

3 Check battery charging status.

unit)

Observe unit in operation, note any unusual noise or


vibration.

Provide lubrication to pillow block bearing motor


bearing (if applicable) and record the activity.

Inspect fan and motor pulleys for proper alignment.


Inspect all fan wiring for deterioration.
Ensure tightness of all electrical connections
Inspect motor starter/control center.
Inspect electrical contact surfaces.
8 Inspect fan assembly.

Inspect unit for unusual noise and/or vibration, ensure


9 PUMPS that it is in good working order.
Provide lubrication to motor bearing and pump bearing
as required.

If unit is not running or an identified problem requires


the unit to be serviced, perform ALL NonCritical Tasks
listed below.
Inspect seals and packing, tighten or replace as
necessary.
Lubricate impeller shaft bearings.
Inspect motor and pump alignment.
B Split System Air Conditioner

Indoor & Inspect all wiring for deterioration and tighten electrical
1 Outdoor contacts. Check for corrosion and cleanliness.

Observe unit in operation, note any unusual noise or


vibration

Coduct Servicing to indoor & outdoor unit operating 24


hour per day.
Inspect and clean condenser coils. Remove accumulated
dirt and debris.
Inspect mounting bolts and tighten if needed.
Verify unit is properly grounded.
Check for refrigerant leaks and repair as necessary.
Check refrigerant levels and recharge if needed.
Run machine, check action of controls, relays, switches
and safeties or limit switches.

Verify unit operates at the proper suction and discharge


pressures. Measure and record each.

Verify unit operates at proper discharge temperature,


measure and record temperature difference across the
coil.
C GENERATOR
1 Lubricating Change full flow filter.
Change By-pass filter.
Change engine oil.
Change hydraulic Governor oil refil of necessary.
2 Cooling Check heat exchanger, Zinc Anode plugs.
3 Fuel Check governor linkage.
Check fuel lines and connection.
Drain sediment from tank.
Change fuel filter.
4 Electrical Check Safety control and alarm.
5 Intake Clean or change air cleaner element.

6 Main Generator Measure and record Generator winding resistance.


Check and Clean Generator from foreign particles with
vacuum cleaner.
7 Switch gear Check Power distribution and wiring.
Check Power Circuit Breaker.
Check transfer switch.
Clean terminal through vacuum cleaner.
Check transfer switch.

Check operation of feeder valve, solinoid and motorized valve adjust if


necessary.

PRESSURE VESSEL Check temperature controls calibrate if necessary.
