D FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM

Examine for obvious physical damage, corrosion, leakage

or clog nozzle.
Pressure gauge reading must be in operable condition.
Condition of tires,wheels,carriage,nozzle ckecks (for

wheeled units).
Observe unit in operation, note any unusual noise or

vibration indoor & outdoor unit.
Check discharge temp. of Indoor & out door unit & record
data.
Conduct actual test by generating smoke in selected

Fire Alarm System smoke detector and check if fire alarm panel respond.
Check Fire alarm panel for detectors sending fault signal

and have FDAS technician check and repair the fault.

1 System Check & certified by Authorized Engineers & BFP.
Check Pre-action/deludge valve.
Check Backflow prevention component.
Check main drain.
Check water flow alarm if installed.
Check gauges replace if damage.
Check alarm device, repair or replace if
functioning.
Check hangers & bracing.
Check pipes and fittings specially in joints and

coupling retigthen if leaking.
Check control valve, repair if found or replace if

found malfunction.
2 Fire Extinguisher Refill content.
Check Bracket for stability.
Prepare New Inspection Checklist.
