State Law

 the law of a state, specifically, a law or body of laws promulgated by a state legislature
 binding rule or body of rules prescribed by the government of a sovereign state that holds force
throughout the regions and territories within the government's dominion

In the Philippines, the main sources of is the Constitution, and Acts of Congress, among others.
Some notable national laws are the following:

From the 1987 Constitution:

 Declaration of Principles and State Policies (Article II) - SECTION 9. The State shall promote a
just and dynamic social order that will ensure the prosperity and independence of the
nation and free the people from poverty through policies that provide adequate social
services, promote full employment, a rising standard of living, and an improved quality of
life for all.

 Bill of Rights (Article III) - SECTION 1: No person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property
without due process of law, nor shall any person be denied the equal protection of the laws.

 Accountability of Public Officers (Article XI) - SECTION 1. Public office is a public trust. Public
officers and employees must, at all times, be accountable to the people, serve them with
utmost responsibility, integrity, loyalty, and efficiency, act with patriotism and justice, and
lead modest lives.

 Social Justice and Human Rights (Article XIII) - SECTION 1. The Congress shall give highest
priority to the enactment of measures that protect and enhance the right of all the people
to human dignity, reduce social, economic, and political inequalities, and remove cultural
inequities by equitably diffusing wealth and political power for the common good.
