SWORN-AFFIDAVIT

I, JOHN FLORENCE ESCALANTE ARGOTA, of legal age, Filipino

citizen, a resident of P4 B74 L1 3, 5 Governors Hill, Manggahan, General
Trias, Cavite, after having been duly sworn to in accordance hereby
depose and say that:

1. I am the owner and creator of the Facebook Page “Sir

Jack Show” with URL at
“www.facebook.com/sirjackshows/”;

2. I have a personal Facebook account and profile with the

name of John Florence Escalante Argota with URL at
“www.facebook.com/florence.argota/”;

3. The Facebook Page “Sir Jack Show” is being managed by

my personal account and a secondary account which is
being used by my former girlfriend, JEAN ALCALDE
SEANZ, hereinto referred as Jean;

4. On 10 April 2020, Jean and I had a heated argument

which led to our separation;

5. On the same day, I was shocked and aghast to know that

Jean had deactivated/removed my aforementioned
Facebook Page as a form of retaliation from our
separation;

6. The act of Jean in deactivating the aforementioned

Facebook Page was not permitted by the owner, her act
should be considered ultra vires to the purpose and will of
the owner, and said act is annulled by the owner;

7. Likewise, Jean no longer has any authority to manage the

aforementioned Facebook Page and any act she
committed in the exercise of her function as page
administrator is considered by the owner as annulled;

8. I am executing this affidavit as a requirement by

Facebook in order to retrieve the aforementioned
Facebook Page;

9. I am further executing this affidavit to attest to the

truthfulness of the foregoing facts, under the penalties of
perjury and other legal repercussions it may include, and
 for whatever lawful purposes including the purpose stated
supra.
