We are dedicated to produce, pack and export the Persian Lime implementing technical
collection, sorting, cleaning and packaging of the product under strict quality standards required
in export goods.
We have designed and registered our origin denomination of: Veracruz Quality.
Which gives to our customers a unique product size, color, texture and flavor packed properly
Our partners producers have 750 hectares planted with an estimated production of 19000 tons
annually, representing 10% of the total area sown.
Our company receives production of 120 producers of 9 locations surrounding the center of the
state of Veracruz as a whole represent a potential of 10 thousand hectares with a production of
100 thousand tons annually.
The Persian Lime is used as seasoning or flavoring in a variety of dishes to give a bittersweet
flavor in foods such as salads, seafood, desserts, sauces, red meat and white.
Its juice is also used to complement the flavors in drinks such as lemonades, cocktails, tequila,
beer. In gelatins, cakes, jams, ice creams and acts as flavoring.
