7.) Company History:

DCI's history spans nearly four decades of excellent track
record and trusted partnerships with clients from different
industries. A lot have changed since DCI's inception in 1978,
but we have always remained faithful to the vision, mission,
core values, and quality of service that our founder
championed over many years. Founded by Architect Oscar S.
Salvacion, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture
from the University of Santo Tomas. In his batch, he placed No. 9 in the
licensure examination for architects. Soon after passing the board exam, he
worked for a petroleum company in Tokyo, Japan.
The breadth and depth of his experience in the industry, both local and
overseas, propelled DCI to become the leading Construction Project Manager
in the country. Today, his enduring legacy remains to be the driving force in
DCI's continuing commitment to provide the highest standards in Construction
Project Management. DCI was established to address the need for professional
Construction Project Managers and Construction Project Management in the
Philippines.
After his untimely demise in 2011, the pioneer, who built a name synonymous
to excellence and quality, had gone, but his heritage lives on. From a small,
humble company of around 30 employees in the '70s, DCI has now become a
robust company with more than 400 professionals who all embody the values
of Discipline, Cooperation, and Integrity.

DCI has established work environment with solid reputation in handling
construction projects. Top management has full dedication to improve all aspect
to gain more respect as top leading construction managers. Support is given to
ensure a good working environment and deliver quality work which reflects in
their portfolio.

Given that this is a project management company, hectic days are expected.
Aspects of the work ensuring the proper and timely execution, monitoring, control
and close out/acceptance of the project all in accordance with the Construction
Project Management Plan (CPMP).
