n business process first one is marketing department. The work of marketing department is to deal with
customer. The company has to sale their own product in foreign countries. There are almost seven
countries where the company sell there own product like USA , uk, itly, honking, china etc. the work of
marketing people is to attract the customer of foreign countries. They attract the company by giving
adds. when any customers are ready to buy these products. then first of all customer demanded that we
will take your product at that time when we will satisfy of your product. So, they ask us to show your
sample of your product then we will use your product if we will be satisfied of your product then we will
buy. So we will take every information of the company that which type of product they want after that
the marketing department gave information to the sampling company

After the marketing department the work of the sampling department begins. Their work is to prepare
the sample according to the code of customer that which type of sampling product they want. After that
we will prepare products according to the customer procedure. When the sampling product is ready
then we will send these products to the customer. Then customer will see these products if they will like
our products then the customer will send their own auditor to our country and they will check our
company how we are working. Employees are getting safety environment or they are getting basic needs
or not. When audit pass then they will give us order that we want thousands product according to the
sample and give us the deadline of the completing products. After that they will see how much does a
one sampling product cost. After that they will tell every expanse of the ppc department.

After that the work of ppc department begins. They see the expanse of the products and check the cost
will be in making these products. Then they will order the material that will be used to compile this
order and they see the employees that how much employees they need to complete these products. Eg
if the order is to prepare the hoodies. So for hoodies first of all they will order the yon. After that the
yon will send them for dying department so that they can dye according the customer demand. When
they have done of dying the yon. Then it will send them in the knitting department where it has to kept
for dry. After that they make a cloth by yon. After that it will send them in fabric investigation
department. Where the fabric pass through the fabric investigation macheine. Then the macheine will
check the defect material. When investigation done then the fabric send them to the units. There are
five units like cutting ,stiching , pressing ,clipping and packing. These ways the company works
