WARRANTY INFORMATION:
E&G Classics, Inc. warrants its chrome parts and products to be free from defects in material, workmanship or finish for Twenty-Four (24) months from the date of shipment by E&G. This
warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at E&G Classics option, of the defective part or product. To obtain performance under this warranty you must:

1.) Present your E&G unit to an authorized distributor in your area with proof of purchase.
2.) If no distributor is available, contact E&G Classics (address below) for authorization to return unit.
3.) Returns - All unauthorized returns will be refused. Merchandise approved by E&G for return must have been purchased within the Twenty-Four (24) months. All returns require an author-
ization number obtained from E&G and the actual return must be accompanied by the written authorization form filled out completely. All merchandise must be inspected upon receipt and
shortages reported within 48 hours. All merchandise must be in a resalable condition. Merchandise must be packed carefully in the original packing. If original packing is no longer usable,
repack item(s) comparable to original manner. All returns are subject to a 25% handling charge. Special order items are not returnable. Defective merchandise must have an explanation of
the problem. No credit will be issued unless invoice number and date of purchase has been supplied. Manufacturer shall be sole judge of defects in a product.
4.) UPS accounts - All returns must be prepaid. Do not send return shipments freight collect. Once E&G has made its decision and it is a claim against our warranty policy, E&G will credit incom-
ing freight on damaged parts.
5.) No discontinued part or parts changed due to body style are returnable.

3. Remove the 10mm hex bolts holding the radiator over
flow bottle in place and push the bottle towards the
engine for clearance to remove the radiator support
panel cover.

15. Cut out, align and tape the lower outer hole location

18. For vehicles painted colors other than black or dark
blue: Apply flat or semi-gloss black paint to the bumper
cover scuffed in the previous step. For all vehicles: Be
sure to paint everything inside the grille opening with
flat or semi-gloss black paint so that nothing shows
through the mesh grille.

16. Once all the hole locations are marked, remove the
templates and use a 5/16” drill bit to drill through the
marks made with the templates (as shown).

19. Install the supplied CNC grille emblem, passing the
studs through the mesh making sure the emblem is
centered. Install the emblem backing washers and #8-
32 ESNA half nuts to secure the emblem. Note: Only
two studs are required to mount the emblem (one each
side). Remove the studs that interfere with the mesh.

17. Apply masking tape around the bumper opening to
protect the paint. On vehicles painted colors other than
black or dark blue: Apply masking tape 3/8” inside the
bumper opening and use a scotch brite pad to scuff the
paint.

20. Install the supplied upper mounting brackets (one each
side, where shown) using a #10-24 x 1/2” black phillips
machine screw, a rectangular mesh retainer and a #10-
24 ESNA lock nut. The bracket will mount to the out-
side of the bumper cover and the slight bend in the
brackets must be facing the front of the car.

22. Align the mesh grille into the grille opening, making

(holes in the bumper cover only) and a #8-32 ESNA half
nut onto each stud and hand tighten until the threads
engage the nylon portion of the lock nut. Remove any
masking tape that could get caught behind the grille.
23. Push in on the grille at the lower mounting bracket
locations and use either a flat blade screwdriver or a
small pair of pliers to bend down the center of the
mounting tab to lock it behind the bumper cover (then
if needed) BEND THE ENTIRE MOUNTING BRACKET to
lock the lower edge of the grille tightly in place.

27. Remove the protective liner from the mesh grille sur-
round. Use a mild solvent to remove any glue residue,
then use alcohol or glass cleaner to remvoe any solvent
residue.
