use technology (Seesaw) that promotes and communicates achievement and expectations to
the student's individualized progress on a weekly/daily basis. Through daily communication she

communicates and enforces routines, procedures, and norms Nicole is able to provide seamless
transitions throughout the day/activities. She gives support to students that are based on their
social, cognitive and emotional development throughout the day. She has a good development
of a daily schedule that maximized student learning. Nicole is able to adapt routines and
procedures to ensure the ultimate success of all students inside the classroom. She is a good
role model to teach and demonstrate fairness and respect inside the classroom.

content areas to student's prior knowledge. She implements instructional strategies to match the

each day. On a daily basis, she continues to learn more about student's backgrounds, interests,
and development that she takes into consideration when designing her lessons. She
differentiates her instruction based on the student's strengths. She gives multiple opportunities
for students to articulate their lives outside the classroom.

resources inside the classroom. She is constantly using technology to analyze student data from
activities. Those activities that are posted are communicated instantly to families. Through the
activities, she is able to determine student's proficiency levels.

level. She has created positive relationships with all staff members and has become a visible
member of our school.

Nicole is going to make an incredible teacher. She has a true passion for this profession that will
transfer to any grade level that she is in.
