Credit card segmentation
 An individual project where I determined statistical clusters to identify distinct customer needs and
behaviour to develop the new services.
 Targeting the diverse usage profiles of their customers, for a credit card company wishes to
understand its costumer behaviour so to have an enriched customer profile by having intelligent
KPI’S to gain insight on customer profiles.
 The sample dataset summarizes the usage behaviour of 9000 active credit card holders during the
last 6 months.

Proactive Attrition Management


 Developed a predictive churn model and incentive plan in both SAS and R for a telecom company
wants to retain its existing customers.
 The idea was to use insights from the model to develop an incentive plan for enticing would be
churners to remain with Telecom Company.
 There were 71k customer records and 75 potential predictors in the database.
