Abstract

Dengue fever disease(dbd) is a systemic disease that is often late to be diagnosed and risk of death.
Dengue fever disease(dbd) is a disease of infection caused by a dengue virus and transmitted by
mosquito aedes aegypty. One of the symptoms that arise is he bleeding of gingival. Bleeding of gingival
can be caused by thrombocytopenia. Bleeding of gingival can be a sign of systemic disease. One of
systemic diseases as a factor of predeposition bleeding gingival is a dengue fever(dbd). This writing aims
to know correlation between the manifestation of bleeding gingival on the dbd. The clinical findings of
bleeding gingival on the systemic disease of this dbd can be used as a dbd indicator without fever
symptoms.the mechanism of this manifestation locally in the mouth cavity has not been fully known.
Early identification of mouth lesions related to this systemic disease can help sufferers get early
treatment and reduce the risk of death due the delay of handling.

used as an indicator of dengue without symptoms of fever. The mechanism
of occurrence of these manifestations locally in the oral cavity is not yet fully
known. Early identification of oral lesions related to systemic diseases can
help patients get treatment early and reduce the risk of death due to late
treatment.

Kesimpulan

There is a meaningful corelletion between the existence of mouth lesions with a systemic condition one
of them is bleeding gingival is the oral manifestation of the systemic dbd disease. The diagnosis that
appears is the risk of bleeding in relation to the decline of blood clot factors (trombositopenia) that
cause the bleeding hemorrhage. Clinical examination of oral extra and intra oral accompanied by
appropriate support checks required in proper diagnosis enforcement effort. Early identification of
mouth lesions relatedto systemic background can help sufferers get early and adequate treatment so
that it can reduced the risk of death.
