HEART BEAT MONITORING SYSTEM

ABSTRACT

In patient monitoring the vital parameter is measuring the heart beat pulses. The

patient in intensive care unit should often checks for normal heart beat pulse rate. But all

the time the doctor may not be able to check the patient for pulse rate. Thus a problem

arises for heart beat measurement. Any-how, a person is needed to monitor but an

automated system can be the best solution for the problem.

Our proposal provides the solution for the above problem. The heart beat sensor is

used to measure the heart beat pulses of the patient. The measured pulse wave was

compared with the normal heart beat pulse. Thus it determines the status of the patient

and also informs it to the doctor.
