July 2015 to December 2018:General school secretary, Basic Mathematics and Geography teacher at
GWEGENYEZA secondary school
Responsibilities
 Organization of class and general school meetings, compiling and timely writing the respective
reports.
  Teaching Basic Mathematics, Geography, according to the National syllabus
 Setting academic plans for the performance of class students of each academic year.
 Preparation of lesson plans, schemes of works and teaching as per school almanac.
 Evaluation of students’ performance in relation to the National Examination standards at
quarterly, semi-annually, three quarter and annual basis.
 Preparation of valid assessment tools according to the tables of specification to monitor the
students’ performance as per plan.
 Ensuring that the set general and specific objectives set met with targeted verifiable indicators
shown for students’ progress.
