Cracking pressure for the flushing valve ... 2500 kPa (365 psi)  

(1) Torque for the O-ring plug ... 70.0 ± 3.5 N·m (50 ± 3 lb ft)  

(2) Torque for the six bolts ... 150 ± 5 N·m (110 ± 4 lb ft)  

(3) Torque for the 12 bolts ... 15 ± 1 N·m (11 ± 1 lb ft)  

(4) As required, use the following shims in order to achieve the dimension (C) :  

140-2513 Shim 
Quantity ... 1  
Thickness of shim ... 0.10 mm (0.004 inch)  

140-2514 Shim

Thickness of one shim ... 0.30 mm (0.012 inch)  

Note: Clamp the brake plates while you measure the brake pack.
