Dear madam,
With reference to the subject cited above I have the honour to state the following points
for your kind consideration.

1. Due to incessant rainfall for the last two monsoon season, it has greatly hampered the
smooth progress of the work.
2. There is no Bridge to cross Titho River and Nganu river so even during slight rainfall
the vehicle cannot cross this two river to transport basic Construction materials such as
diesel for machineries and its spare parts.
3. Land dispute in some stretch of road also delayed the progress of work.
In consideration of all the above mentioned points, the smooth progress of work is hampered due
to which the work could not be completed in the stipulated period of time.
Therefore, I would like to request your kind authority to extend the project duration for
another 12 Months for which act of your kindness I shall be ever grateful to you.

Reg: Revision of Works Program and Milestone of the project.

Dear Sir,

The subjected work has been awarded to me Vide LOA No. CE/RnB/ISC-
EI/2017-18/520-24 Dated Kohima, the 04th April, 2018 and Agreement No.
CE/R&B/AGT/2017-18/28/06 Dated Kohima, the 25th April, 2018.
However, with reference to the regard cited above, I bring it to your notice that
the delay in handing over the construction site due to the Alignment issue with the
villagers which is the sole responsibility of the Authority to look into the matter,
whereby the issue has been amicably solved and was handed over to me on 25 August
2018. Keeping in view of the fact, it is quite obvious that the targets of Scheduled
Milestone Completion cannot be achieved as specified in Contract Data of contract
Agreement. Therefore, Considering the prolonged alignment issue, we do hereby submit
the revised work program and milestone as on 01.09.2018 and requesting you to please
accord your approval for revised Milestone.
