GAP ANALYSIS (ISSUES)

THE ISSUE WITH NAME


The issue is that every age limit define different childhood period that help to know when the
child period change and also change the mood, emotion and feeling that is the problem
become to face marketing with name for Bacha party. However, the name BACHA PARTY gives
us a concept that they are targeting children segments in Pakistan market children group age is
0-14 that’s not a perfect name for a company name. They need to change a name or change
marketing segments so this becomes helpful to grow.

Targeted Marketing Segment


According to their marketing plans there marketing segment is children under 0-14 but during
our research we realize that they are manly focusing on 0-10 ages children market while
ignoring the other which may affects their sale.

Supply and Demand Issue:


The another gap we analyze that they are not able to maintain a proper record of supply’s
which are transporting there head office to their outlets actually what their physical procedure
of supplying the goods to their outlets is perfect but they have a problem to maintain a record
on system.
On daily basis their stock move to their outlets according to their branches demand and
concerned person keep the record physically and generates the GRN of supplied goods and
pass this GRN to their upper management and then this GRN will take up to two days in
updating through which they are unable to keep the record of current stock digitally.

MARKETING PLAN (According to our group)


Market Development:
For effective marketing plans We needs to do a research /analysis the market that where we
are introducing our brands , that helps us to make good relationship in market. So, we have to
choose right locality for our brand. We have to open new outlets in across the Karachi city and
other cities as well like Islamabad , Lahore etc. Since BACHA PARTY is only operating in Karachi
so our advice is that they should give their attention to the market development plan by
opening new outlets in Pakistan. More over , In Karachi there are different cultures of people
live so we have to also focuses on the celebration of different days like cultural day of Punjab,
Pashto, and other. This will help us to increase our sales and revenue.

Product Development:
Our another plan for BACHA PARTY is to extend their limited of market segment here we advice
that they should target teen age’s market segment as well while covering the 0-14 age market
as well. While they should provide a complete range of 0-18 ages necessities (what they
offered). They also change the packaging of product that helps to growth sales.

Market Penetration:
Another suggestion for Bacha Party organization is to penetrate their Market by opening new
branches in Karachi as well as in other cities of Pakistan like Islamabad Lahore etc. Through
which they get a positive response in their sale.

Diversification of Product:
Another market strategy for them is that they diversify their field by introducing a fast food
field. Because now it’s a common that almost every super store has fast food counter. So our
suggestion is that they offer this food counter inside their stores which helps in supporting
their sales.

New Magazine:
Every large business revenue depend upon consumer awareness . And the pmagazine is a
source that helps to communicate with readers that help to target readers to buy a product so
this is help to become most profitable idea for brand. We are targeting kids so we have to
include different stories, puzzle, logical questions and answer, general knowledge, product
design, toys design, and our latest activities. This will help to promote our brand and growth in
sales.

Social Media Giveaway Campaigns:


As we know that social media helps to grow our audience so this is one of the techniques to
increase online sell. We encourage audience to invite others people who like to involve in our
activity so that this way help to make a link between brand and consumer. So it will helpful for
our brand.

Referral System

In today’s business customer, needs a big value then they become our loyal customers of our
brand. If customer who are our fans prefers others as well for shopping so we introduce a
referal points strategy for them . For this we give the points to them so this will become a
source of growth in our sales .

We invite children to purchase our product and get a ticket to play games or participate in
such activities like drawing , painting arts work etc. In this strategy our focus is to provide

We will launch an app that help to decide which is the best suitable for him/her. How it is

product.
