AFFIDAVIT OF EXPLANATION

I, RODNEY FELIMON DE PERALTA DALISAY, of legal age, Filipino,

single/married and a resident of Block 8, Lot 12 Cambridge St., Somerset Place,
Manggahan, Pasig City, under oath depose and state the following, to wit:

That I am the psychiatrist who came up with a psychiatric evaluation report of

Marylyn Bacosa-Paduga and Reagan P. Paduga dated 12 March 2015;

That Marylyn Bacosa- Paduga is the Petitioner-Appellant and Reagan P. Paduga

on the other hand is the Respondent-Appellee in the case for Declaration of Nullity
of Marriage now pending before the Court of Appeals with CA-G.R CV. NO. ______;

That based on my clinical interview of the petitioner, her sister and godmother,
as well as the psychological test and mental status examination of the petitioner, I
came to the conclusion that the petitioner does not have any form of
psychiatric/psychological disorder, whereas the respondent was diagnosed to have
Antisocial Personality Disorder;

That invited the respondent, Mr. Reagan Padon Paduga to provide his version of
the marital history. I sent him a letter dated 27 January 2015 to the following
address at Brgy. San Lorenzo, Poblacion, Taytay, Palawan. However, there was no
response from him nor any sign that he would show up for an interview. Hence, I
came up with a psychiatric evaluation based on the information at hand;

That the information I gathered from the petitioner and the corroborative
informants was substantial enough to come up with a diagnosis of the respondent’s
behavior;

That interviewing Mr. Reagan Paduga personally will not change my diagnosis.
Instead, it would further support and uphold my clinical diagnosis.

That I am executing this affidavit to attest the truth and veracity of the
foregoing statement and to use the same for any court proceeding/s and for any
legal purpose it may serve.
