A brand new restaurant mainly focused on Nepali & Newari Cuisine at the heart of the K-town,
Durbarmarg.
Serving local food to promote local neplai dishes.

Jhamsikhel is also known as restaurant hub, we can find continental as well as other cuisine here and
there in every street but we rarely find Nepalese food so my business plan is to open vela the nepali
kitchen on the heart of lalipur i.e jhamsekhel.

1.3 The Solution


Tourist are attracted by Patan Durbar square and their motive is visit local areas and taste local food. SO
opening Vela the nepali kitchen oveter can solve the problem of tourist to have local food with local
ambience as well as the local peoples can also get benefit directly as well as indirectly.
