MISSION STATEMENT
It is my belief that all children can understand mathematics at a deep level. By developing interpersonal
relationships and placing mathematics in a meaningful context that has direct correlations to day to day
experiences, they can be supported to reach their full potential. In this way, students who are often
marginalized can be given the honest and fair chances they deserve. Equipped with my own personal passion
for teaching, learning, collaboration and an enthusiasm for mathematics, it is my goal to ultimately transfer
this same passion to the students in my classroom and beyond.
