For the development of the unit was created a cartoon where it shows and narrates the trades of a person on a personal and family level; A class plan for that grade which indicates achievements to be achieved and activities to be developed. 5. OBJECTIVES
OBJETIVE GENERAL
To promote the understanding of the past simple and continuous time to the students of grade six using different commands, verbs and others and thus to achieve a good understanding and learning of our foreign language solving exercises and other activities that help us to learn and to understand more this language.
ESPECIFIC OBJETIVE
Develop strengthening and understanding exercises

ACTIVITIES TO DEVELOP Observe some drawings and
recognize which is the verb in English that can describe each activity.
They read a cartoon using reading comprehension strategies.
They analyze the use and form of the continuous past and describe the activities that were being carried out at a given time in the past.
They describe orally a series of
activities carried out by the students in the school or the house.
Then complete sentences using the
continuous past.
To finish this activity the students
answer some questions and practice the interrogative form of the continuous past.

The English language is a way of dialectical expansion as it allows us to know how
to pronounce and write our language so that we can interact with people from the countries where English is spoken.
