Problem: If the CBR of the soil used in the upper 500 mm of embankment is 8% and the CBR of the
borrow soil used for preparing the 500 mm thick compacted subgrade above embankment is 20%,
what is the effective subgrade Modulus/CBR for design of flexible pavement?
