Purpose Statements and Performance Standards

The purpose statement and performance standards are essential aspects of human

resource management and functional administrative levels. The critical role of organizational

leadership is to control and organize all activities towards achievement and realization of the set

objectives. The entire process is dictated by using an assertion of the purposes and guidelines to

decide the overall performance requirements the human resource manager ensures the number of

employees is equivalent to the organizational duties, therefore, recruiting when necessary.

Human resource managers must work collaboratively with the different departments,

including manufacturing, and carefully reveal the productiveness and progress to achieving

organizational goals. The organizational goals should be precisely defined, and appropriate

guidelines provided to employees for effective execution. The purpose statement and

performance standards assist managers effectively in manipulating the whole organizational

overall performance through formulating and tracking goals and activities as well as standard

evaluation frequently with interview questions. With interview questions, Management can

determine who will fit as a candidate for the company. Sometimes having a difficult question and

testing candidate's knowledge on a response in its timely manner can meet the company's needs.

The process was enlightening and informative in enhancing my managerial skills. I have

always underestimated the roles of human resources manager, but through the SAW, I realized

that it a demanding mandate going beyond recruiting. I discovered that it is the function of the

human useful resource supervisor to make sure that employees execute their responsibilities

effectively through intervening when vital. Besides, the manager should anticipate ensuring that

the employee is satisfied and motivated in their duty execution Promoting should be based on

how an employee is working with the team, provide quality products, overall performance, work

dedication, experience, and academic qualifications as a strategy to enhance overall

organizational performance and encourage workers. Sometimes employees can be confident

about their work but may not meet the promotion standard. As if I had to promote, I will examine

each candidate and see how much have then grown, someone can have five years of experience,

but a non-experience candidate can be more skilled as the employee with more knowledge.

Building within the company, you must learn every day, learn from your own mistakes, avoid

making the same mistake, or making any future errors.

I noted that growing and overseeing worker advantages and well-being programs a

critical approach to improving organizational performance and employee motivation. The human

resource and production branch are intently correlated in enhancing overall organizational

performance, frequently via monitoring obligation execution. The SAW exercise was

instrumental in improving my managerial skills and will employ them in my future career

endeavors. The purpose statement plays an essential role inside the standard success of an

organization. Without a purpose statement, the employer lacks a route. As soon as the purpose

statement is created, and the agency has a substantial challenge, vision, and values in place, then

organizational goals and strategies can be evolved.
