SCOTLAND
LOCH TAY GOLD PROJECT

5
LOCH TAY PROJECT
‫׀‬ A highly prospective gold project in central
Scotland

‫׀‬ 237 sq.km licence area adjacent to a regional scale

fault – the Loch Tay Fault in the Grampian gold belt

‫׀‬ Project area has a significant number of historic

workings for silver, copper and lead

‫׀‬ Alluvial gold in the region and licence area

‫׀‬ High-grade outcropping gold mineralization and

new high-grade float cluster identified

‫׀‬ 43km from the new Cononish gold mine

‫׀‬ Erris Resources plans to actively advance the

project in H2 2020 with the aim of identifying drill
targets as soon as Covid-19 restrictions eased
This project gives Erris Resources exposure to new gold targets that have not previously been tested, but
which are in the highly prospective Grampian Gold Belt that already hosts some important gold deposits
such as Curraghinhalt (6.09 Moz at 13.6g/t Au)

6 INVESTOR PRESENTATION Q2 2020

LOCH TAY PROJECT
‫׀‬ Lead Trial – Dunan Valley: New high-grade target based on cluster of high-grade
boulders identified between 1.4km and 3km southeast of the historic workings at
Lead Trial
‫׀‬ Evidence of a large mineralising system – 3.2km mineralised trend with mineralised
outcrop and boulders from Lead Trial to the new float cluster
‫׀‬ Highest grade results to date announced in April - 17.15g/t Au sample from chips
across a 1m wide vuggy quartz vein in subcrop at the southeast extension
‫׀‬ Second sample 210m west had 14.8g/t Au suggesting proximal bedrock source
‫׀‬ Lead Trial - quartz stockworks in felsite contain Au-Pb-Zn-Ba mineralisation along
structurally controlled zones. Two samples from separate workings and mine
dumps returned high-grade gold including the following:
‫׀‬ 9.39g/t Au, 8.37g/t Ag, 1.75% Pb and 8.98% Zn
‫׀‬ 7.58g/t Au, 16.9g/t Ag, 4.43% Pb and 3.99% Zn
‫׀‬ A boulder sample taken uphill from the workings returned a result of
8.74g/t Au, 11.85g/t Ag and 1.66% Pb
‫׀‬ Mineralisation shows possible zoned system with outer barite zone
to the northwest, a middle zone with variable Pb-Zn-Au-Hg-Mo and
limited data for a zone with Cu-Bi-Te and higher-grade silver at the
southeast end of the prospect where a float sample had 1.61% Cu,
12.7% Pb and 247g/t Ag
Mineralised dump sample from Lead Trial workings

7 INVESTOR PRESENTATION Q2 2020

LOCH TAY PROJECT
Lead Trial - Dunan Valley: Quartz
stockworks in felsite outcrops and veins
in felsite and schist boulders containing
variable amounts of galena, sphalerite
and baryte have been found within an
area of intermittent to sparse outcrop
measuring 3.2km x 1.4km while
mineralized boulder trains are open to
the SE in thicker till. The sulphides occur
in vuggy quartz veins and stockworks
indicative of shallow epithermal-style
mineralization.

New Gold Target

High-grade quartz sample from probable subcrop that had

17.8g/t Au

Target is high-grade gold in veins or

stockworks which might be exploited from
underground mining and with minimal
surface footprint similar to the mine at
Cononish – 43km to the East

8 INVESTOR PRESENTATION Q2 2020

LOCH TAY PROJECT
‫׀‬ Other targets
‫׀‬ Glen Almond and Invergeldie are highly prospective and have not been explored
in recent times
‫׀‬ Glen Almond - Two narrow high-grade (>10g/t Au) quartz veins hosted in pelites
and psammites with coarse alluvial gold in burns and free gold in quartz vein rock
samples
‫׀‬ Glen Almond is 6.6km south of Lead Trial and 2.5km east-southeast of the Coire
Buidhe silver mine – a significant historic mine where up to 18 veins were worked
for high-grade silver

‫׀‬ Invergeldie - 4 out of 7 samples collected in 2019 contained low-

grade gold and a fifth sample returned 8.86g/t Au with associated
high tellurium
‫׀‬ Other bedrock gold sources and targets within the licence area
known from historic work and BGS stream sediment survey data
‫׀‬ Further work aimed at upgrading targets for future drilling
‫׀‬ The licence area is outside of National Park and National Scenic Areas
‫׀‬ Duntanlich Barite Mine 25km to the northeast received planning
approval in September 2016 within Loch Tummel National Scenic
Area

9 INVESTOR PRESENTATION Q2 2020

LOCH TAY PROJECT
Option Agreement announced in December 2019 between Erris
Resources and GreenOre Gold Plc
‫׀‬ Erris Resources has the option to earn 80% of the Loch Tay Project
from GreenOre Gold plc by defining a minimum inferred resource of
250,000 ounces gold
‫׀‬ Upon defining 250,000 ounces, the ownership of the licence shall
be 80% Erris Resources and 20% GreenOre
‫׀‬ Subsequent funding shall be on a pro-rata basis
‫׀‬ If either party shall dilute to less than 10% then that party shall
forfeit all ownership and be entitled to a 2% Net Smelter Return
Royalty (“NSR”)
‫׀‬ Erris Resources shall have the option to purchase 50% of the NSR
for US$1M

The agreement gives Erris Resources exposure to new defined gold

targets which have not previously been tested but have returned
some exciting gold grades from surface with broad alteration
zones and mineralised zones outlined during the initial fieldwork

SWEDEN
&
NORWAY

11
SWEDEN: BRÄNNBERG PROJECT
‫׀‬ Located in the heart of the Skellefte Mining District 10.8km from active Maurliden mine and in the
same district as the +2M Oz Björkdal gold deposit
‫׀‬ Gold in sheeted quartz-arsenopyrite veinlets and stockworks within competent volcaniclastics
‫׀‬ Investment by Centerra of $670k in drilling and geophysics – all focused on one area
‫׀‬ Hole BB004 - 17.2m @ 1.93g/t Au and 0.26% Cu from 160.90m-178.10m
‫׀‬ Mineralization open at depth, potential for a large gold system with other untested target areas

12 INVESTOR PRESENTATION Q2 2020

NORWAY: GAUTELIS PROJECT
‫׀‬ Three styles of mineralization including reported Carlin style gold mineralization in carbonates
‫׀‬ 1,500m of drilling 1984-1985: disseminated 6-7 g/t Au in 3 m sections, & semi massive sulphides up
to 329.66 g/t Au, 0.52 % Cu, 2.4 % Pb, 0.69 % Zn, 0.08 % As, 61 g/t Ag
‫׀‬ Historic drilling on the Gautelis permit intersected: 3.0m @ 6.6 g/t Au & 26m @ 0.58g/t Au
‫׀‬ Close to Swedish border but has road access, 2 x 10 sq.km permits 100%-owned by Erris Resources
‫׀‬ Similar characteristics to Carlin-type deposits; the project warrants further exploration as historic
drilling was shallow and sections indicate mineralization is open at depth
