Planning, located in Marlton, New Jersey. It’s a wealth management company that is
under the supervision of Jonathan Wilt and Gregory Mikolajczak. Overall, this company
helps people, mainly teachers, invest their money so that they can have a comfortable
future.
2.) I choose this community because I have interned here for over a year and am satisfied
with my position. I have learned a lot about their intentions and overall mission. This
group has been in business for over half a century and continues to break barriers. I’m
inspired by the people who work here and see a future for myself in this business. I
believe that choosing this as my community to research will allow me to learn more
about the business and become closer with my mentors, overall allowing me a clearer
image of my future.

invested in the market. He is a “private contractor,” who is planning to open his own
company, which has already started. I know that I’ll learn a lot from him which would
help me with the paper. I also believe that talking to him will influence my future and
give me a clear path. Along with Mr. Wilt, I will interview my co-worker and supervisor,
Jahnel Mikolajczak. She is the sales assistant to both Mr. Wilt and Mr. Mikolajczak. I
shadow Jahnel daily and have had many conversations with her. I feel like it will allow
me to be more open and in a less “tight” environment talking to someone I know and am
comfortable with. With these two interviews, I will have two perspectives from two
different people within the company… the big boss at my regional office and the assistant
