Makassar is the provincial capital of South Sulawesi and is famous for its

Coto (beef soup). As the name implies, Coto Makassar is the typical culinary
offerings come from Makassar. The cuisine has a delicious flavor for its spices

Materials needed:
 ½ kilogram of beef
 ½ kilogram tripe, boiled
 200 GRM beef heart, hard-boiled
 300 GRM beef liver, boiled
Seasoning Coto Makassar:
5 lemongrass crushed
2 cm ginger, crushed
4 cm galangal crushed
5 bay leaves
¼ kilogram of fried peanuts, puree
2½ liters of water washing rice / rice soup
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon seasoning veal flavor bouillon powder
Softened seasoning:
10 cloves garlic
10 shallots
10 chilli curls boiled briefly
100 grams taoco that have been sauteed with 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
until cooked and add salt and brown sugar.
1 tablespoon toasted coriander
8 grains of toasted hazelnut
1 tsp cumin roasted
1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper grains
Seasoning Complement:
fried onions
sliced scallions
the diamond
chopped celery
sambal taoco
How to Make Coto Makassar:
1. The first thing boil beef, tripe, liver and heart, give lemongrass, galangal,
