Title: Project Coordinator – ERP Systems

I. Job Overview:

Department: Business Systems Group (BSG)


Reports to: BSG Manager (David Faye)
Supervises: None
Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm

Job Purpose: To 1) coordinate long-term and short-term ERP related projects, 2) coordinate
resources required to successfully complete ERP related projects, 3) communicate
project status to clients and FPA team members, 4) maintain and complete project
documentation, while 5) promoting and adhering to the FPA Core Values.

II. Essential Job Results

Duties and Responsibilities

40% 1. Technical $ Assists in the creation of project plans, status reports, checklists
$ Maintenance and upkeep of project plans, status reports,
checklists, as well as technical and user documentation
$ Creates, updates, and manages client project Open Issues Lists
$ Works with FPA technical and consulting resources to ensure
tasks are completed consistent with requirements
$ Assists in the creation of project budgets
$ Monitoring and reporting on budget to actual
$ Ensures that project tasks are completed on time on budget
$ Creates, updates, and manages client project Open Issues Lists
$ Creates technical support documentation for customizations

30% 2. Management $ Performs the lead / project coordination / relationship


management role with BSG/MAS clients for specific projects
$ Works with BSG technical and consulting resources to ensure
project tasks are completed meeting requirements and timelines
$ Sends daily, weekly, and other project status emails and
correspondence with clients and FPA team members
$ Attends project status meetings onsite with clients
$ Initiates and runs status meetings with clients on a recurring
basis
$ Ensures FPA quality standards are met across projects
$ Ensures the FPA Core Values are promoted and adhered to
across projects

10% 3. Training & Development $ Improves technical and professional knowledge in MAS90 as
well as project management discipline and accounting and
business concepts
$ Works to master all FPA supported MAS90 modules
$ Works to enhance BSG policies and procedures

III. Qualifications and Specifications

Typical Minimum Requirements

Technical • Experience or familiarity with industry accepted Project Management concepts and processes
Requirements: • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of core accounting and business processes
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at a high level (with “C” level positions)

Typical • Three years or more of in-depth experience working as project coordinator or manager on high
Experience: visibility projects
• Demonstrated experience holding non direct reports accountable for tasks
• Knowledge or experience with technology concepts and projects

Performance Abilities: • Organized: able to manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail Oriented: able to apply consistency throughout all levels of work product
• Efficient: effective at producing required results in a short amount of time
• Communicative: both written and orally, consistently, efficiently, and effectively

• Work unsupervised
• Pro-active: able to note things that need to be done without being prompted and proactively

Physical and Other • Substantial periods of computer analysis utilizing a keyboard


Requirements: • Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment,
including a computer
• Stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions
• Vision to read printed materials and a computer screen
• Hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone
• Possess reliable transportation for onsite client visits as required (up to 75 or more miles per day)
• Strength to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds
