EMPLEADOR: Muy buenos días, en que le puedo colaborar?

ASPIRANTE 1: Muy buenos días, tengo una entrevista de trabajo de psicólogo orientador.

EMPLEADOR: buenos días, en un momento empezamos con la entrevista.

EMPLEADOR: de nuevo buenos días, bienvenidos Mi nombre es, Lina Paola Sánchez
Alcalá, Administradora en salud ocupacional con especialización en ergonomía,
actualmente me desempeño como jefe de recursos humanos en el ministerio de educación,
soy la persona encargada de realizar la selección del personal idóneo y profesional para
cumplir el rol de psicólogo orientador, una de las mejores maneras de distinguir a los
establecimientos privados de calidad, es por las condiciones de contratación de los
docentes, puesto que de éstos depende críticamente la calidad de la educación ofrecida en
las instituciones educativas del ministerio, les realizare una serie de preguntas y se decide
quién es la persona seleccionada para ocupar la vacante.

EMPLEADOR: ¿Cuál es su nombre?

ASPIRANTE 1: Mi nombre es Santiago.

ASPIRANTE 2: Mi nombre es Lina marcela.

EMPLEADOR: ¿Cuántos años tiene?

ASPIRANTE 1: Tengo 21 años.

ASPIRANTE 1: Mi nombre es, Santiago rojas robayo, tengo 21 años. Soy psicólogo
orientador el campo de la educación y el desarrollo humano, tengo 6 meses de experiencia
en el colegio Liceo ciencia y saber de la dorada caldas, me caracterizó por ser un excelente
ser humano y profesional, una persona acta y disciplinada para ayudar a direccionar hacia
la excelencia la directiva institucional en el momento que lo necesiten de esta manera hacer
de los estudiantes los mejores profesionales, tanto académicamente como socialmente.

ASPIRANTE 2: mi nombre es, Lina Marcela Sánchez Rojas, tengo 22 años, soy psicóloga
en la educación y desarrollo social, Tengo un año de experiencia en el colegio instituto
educativo técnico Alfonso López, de la Dorada Caldas, me considero existosa y sencilla
como persona y profesional, tengo todo mi conocimiento para birndarles a todos mis
compañeros.

EMPLEADOR: ¿cuáles son sus fortalezas y debilidades?

ASPIRANTE 1: Mis fortalezas, es que soy una persona responsable y tolerante, siempre
abierta y dispuesta a los cambios laborales y personales, trabajo muy bien en equipo y lo
más importante soy muy respetuoso, Mis debilidades son muy pocas pero una de ellas es
que me frustra no poder cumplir lo que me propongo y no poder ayudar a las personas en la
solución de conflictos.

ASPIRANTE 2: Mis fortalezas son ser una persona muy responsable, honesta, respetuosa.
Ejercer mis labores con mis mejores capacidades y habilidades, soy muy sociable y tengo
buena relación con mis estudiantes y compañeros, Mis debilidades es que por mi postura
rígida y exigente en algunas ocasiones muestro una percepción de mi equivocada.

EMPLEADOR: ¿porque cree que es la persona idónea para el cargo?

ASPIRANTE 1: considero un que soy un profesional eficiente con iniciativa y con ganas de
generar un cambio significativo en la sociedad Para que todos tengamos una buena calidad
de vida, obtener resultados positivos en el área educativa tantos directivos, docentes y
alumnos con mi experiencia y conocimientos puedo desempeñar ese cargo en esta
organización y tendremos un desarrollo exitoso.
ASPIRANTE 2: Soy una persona muy profesional, con grandes capacidades intelectuales
entregada a mis responsabilidades y compromisos, siempre me he esforzado por seguir
preparándome intelectualmente, pues como docente tengo mucho que ofrecer a mis
estudiantes conocimientos y valores significativos para su formación como personas y
profesionales.

ASPIRANT 1: My strengths, is that I am a responsible and tolerant person, always open

I am very respectful, My weaknesses are very few but one of them is that It frustrates me
not being able to fulfill what I propose and not being able to help people in the resolution of
conflicts.

Exercising my tasks with my best abilities and skills, I am very sociable and I have a good
relationship with my students and peers. My weaknesses is that due to my rigid and
