“A RESOLUTION REQUESTING HON. MAYOR SYLVIA B. ELORDE, MUNICIPAL

MAYOR OF BUNAWAN AGUSAN DEL SUR; FOR THE RELEASE OF ONE
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 100,000.00) FOR THE CONTINUATION OF
INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS AT CATMUNON ROAD- PUROK 1 TO PUROK
3B, MAMBALILI, BUNAWAN, AGUSAN DEL SUR, AS COUNTERPART FOR
BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.”

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council has opted to pass a resolution to the office of
the Municipal Mayor of Bunawan, Agusan del Sur; requesting a budget allocated as
counterpart for the continuation of installation of street lights of Catmunon Road- Purok
1 to Purok 3B, Mambalili, Bunawan, Agusan del Sur;

WHEREAS, since BLGU, Mambalili has a meager budget and not answer the
needs to finish the installation of Street Lights;

NOW THEREFORE, upon presentation to the above premises, be it;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that in consideration for the motion

of Hon. Iman Paul S. Desales and duly seconded by Hon. Wilfredo M. Dalayap to pass
a resolution requesting Hon. Mayor Sylvia B. Elorde, Municipal Mayor of Bunawan,
Agusan del Sur; for the release of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 100,000.00) for
the continuation of Installation of Street Lights of Catmunon Road-Purok 1 to P-3B,

Mambalili, Bunawan, Agusan del Sur, as counterpart for Barangay Development and for
other purposes.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to provide available copies and furnish copies to the

office of the Honorable Mayor Edwin G. Elorde, for his appropriate action and referential
matters,

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.

Approved this 4th day of March 2020 during the 3rd Joint Session of the Barangay
Council being called for the purpose, at 8:00 A.M in the morning P-3B, Mambalili,
Bunawan, Agusan del Sur;
