This is a graded assessment weighting 35% which is to be completed in group of 2 and
will be carried out during class time.

OSHAD SF. You may select the format and approach that you consider most appropriate. Please see
the Marking Guide that will be used to assess your project which is given below. To fulfill the
requirements for this assessment, you will need to be able to complete the below tasks:
Task 1:
An audit plan is given below, complete the audit plan appropriately. In the audit plan, you need
to fill the following details such as:

Task 2:
Communicate the audit plan to the concerned person / department whom you are going to
