d. Issues and Concerns during ECQ

Issues / Concerns Actions Taken

Abrupt suspension of classes Resorted to new teaching modalities
such as online submission of
requirements
Unpaid tuition fees Deferred collection
Salary of personnel Partial release
Graduation Deferred

2. SYNTHESIS

The HEI will continue to operate after ECQ in spite of the health and economic
crises that hound the world. One problem is the decrease enrolment due to COVID-
19. Senior high school students may not proceed to enrol in colleges due to health
or financial reasons. Face-to-face marketing is not possible due to ECQ. HEI
administrators may use this lull time to assess their resources and adapt them to the
new normal.
