BBA222 PROJECT MANAGEMENT – Task brief & rubrics

PROJECT PROPOSAL

Description:
• Individual task.
• You have to create your proposal on an ideal Graduation Ceremony to be held next year (your future graduation).
• In your proposal you have to use all material discussed in class to assess the future role of professional Project Manager.
• You must show engagement with the topics learned in class, in particular: formulate the proposal, make teams with people from your class, create WBS,
work packages, make estimations of time, resources and budget, identify sensitive activities/risks, create AON, calculate the total duration of your project
and demonstrate your project on Gantt chart calendar.
• You should make references to real names (people, places, etc.) to elaborate your work.
• You may quote relevant publications, such as academic journals and books, to support your arguments and conclusions.

Formalities:
• Wordcount: From 1500 to 2500 words.
• Cover, Table of Contents, References and Appendix are excluded of the total wordcount.
• Font: Arial 12,5 pts.
• Text alignment: Justified.
• The in-text References and the Bibliography have to be in Harvard’s citation style.

Assignment Launch: Week 10.

Submission: Week 13 – Via Moodle (Turnitin). Submission will be accepted all Week 13: From the 4th to the 10th of May at 23:59hrs (Barcelona’s time).

Weight: This task is a 30% of your total grade for this subject.
