Carlos Cuauhtémoc Sánchez, a los 14 años escribió su primera novela corta. A los
dieciocho años recibió el Premio Nacional de la Literatura.
Desde muy niño se interesó por la lectura y durante su adolescencia participó con sus
poesías y otros escritos en numerosos concursos.
Comenzó a escribir desde muy joven, obteniendo a los 18 años el Premio Nacional de
Literatura en su país. Sus libros están escritos con agilidad, combinando los
problemas humanos con reflexiones filosóficas. Para sus detractores, sin embargo, es
sólo otro escritor de libros de autoayuda
Siendo estudiante escribió su primera novela, obra que fue rechazada por más de 10
editoriales. En 1983 publicó "Te extrañaré". Durante este tiempo destacó como ciclista,
siendo Campeón Nacional de Ciclismo Juvenil en nueve ocasiones. Representó a
México en el Campeonato Mundial de Ciclismo en Alemania y obtuvo el récord de
velocidad.
Reconocido por diversas organizaciones de ayuda social como uno de los filósofos de
valores, liderazgo y familia más importante de nuestra época, es también el escritor
latinoamericano más leído.
Distinguido como el "Escritor del año", galardonado con el "Sol de Oro" y designado
"Premio Toastmaster Internacional de la Excelencia en la Expresión Oral", "Premio
Nacional de la Mentes Creativas" y "Premio Nacional de la Juventud en Literatura".
A lo largo de su trayectoria, Carlos Cuauhtemoc Sánchez ha ganado el Premio
Nacional de Literatura; el Premio Nacional de las Mentes Creativas; el Premio Escritor
del Añoy el Premio Toastmaster Internacional de excelencia en la expresión oral, entre
muhcos otros.

Carlos Cuauhtémoc Sánchez, was born in Mexico City, April 15, 1964, is a
writer, lecturer, Mexican businessman and cathedral. Married to Ivonne H. de
Sánchez in 1986, he is the father of Sheccid, Charlie and Iris.
Carlos Cuauhtémoc Sánchez, at age 14, wrote his first short novel. At eighteen
he received the National Prize for Literature.
• He was a member of the Mexican Olympic Cycling Team.
• Represented Mexico in the World Cycling Championships in Leipzig, in 1984,
in the Pan American Games in Bogotá in 1982 and in the University of Canada
in 1983.
• He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Administrative Industrial Engineering, with a
degree in Business Administration and Management and Business
Management from the Technological Institute of Tlalnepantla.
• His books top the lists of best sellers of Latin American literature.

From very young he became interested in reading and during his adolescence
he participated with his poems and other writings in numerous contests.
He began writing at a very young age, obtaining at 18 years of age the National
Literature Prize in his country. His books are written with agility, combining
human problems with philosophical reflections. For his detractors, however,
he's just another self-help book writer
As a student he wrote his first novel, a work that was rejected by more than 10
publishers. In 1983 he published "Te estrangeé". During this time he stood out
as a cyclist, being the National Juvenile Cycling Champion on nine occasions.
He represented Mexico in the World Cycling Championship in Germany and
obtained the speed record.
At the beginning of the decade of the 90's he published his first book, "A
Desperate Scream". (novel of improvement for parents and children), and
subsequent are a kind of family bible to correct errors and educational horrors.
Owner and director of the Pretium Educational Corporation, founder and leader
of the Institute of Integral Leaders. Collaborator in various radio and television
forums as a human formation specialist, considering him a motivator for
achieving success. Also outstanding speaker, Sanchez has taught more than
2,000 talks in almost all countries of America, filling convention centers,
theaters, arenas, and even stadiums. He is one of the most sought-after
Hispanic speakers. He has also been an advisor to governments in Latin
America, on several occasions.
RECOGNITIONS
• He broke the Pan-American speed record in 1984.
• On October 17, 1984, writer Juan Rulfo sent a letter4 to the National Youth
Prize Council recommending the work "Te estrangeé", by Carlos Cuauhtémoc
Sánchez, considering, in his own words, that "it meets all the requirements of
quality demanded by the call of the National Youth Award of 1984, so it is an
honor for me to be able to recommend it according to the section 'endorsed
work' in the novel genre ".
• He was declared in the National Reading Survey 2007 as the most read
author.
