Guidelines for the School Level Evaluation

FOR INSTRUCTIONAL ROOM/ Advisory Classes:

1. All classroom advisers and their classrooms shall be the one to be evaluated on December 3, 2018.
There are 12 entries, 8 from JHS and 4 from JHS.
2. Two sets of judging shall be done, 1) classroom structuring 2.) landscaping. Each has different
criteria for judging however average will be computed to declare the overall winners.
3. This program is undertaken for the following goals:
a. To motivate students to value beauty and cleanliness
b. To create good school atmosphere conducive for learning
c. To create a safe and comfortable school- a child-friendly school.
4. The following are the evaluators:
a. Renato D. Calamba
b. Ramil A. Escaso
c. Dianne S. Soriano
5. Criteria to be followed:
a. Classroom structuring:
i. Completeness of cl struc: 40%
ii. Cleanliness/Safeness: 20%
iii. Organization/Classroom system: 20%
iv. Artistry: 20%
b. Landscaping:
i. Scope ( incl back or side of the clasrm): 30%
ii. Visual Impact/ color combi: 20%
iii. Ornaments: 10%
iv. Artistry: 40%
6. Awards and Prizes:
a. First: First to be allocated with 42” LED TV
b. Second: Second to be allocated with 42” LED TV
c. Third: Third to be allocated with 42” LED TV
d. 5 Consolation Prizes: Audio Devices (Woofer)
e. First Placer will receive another award during teacher recognition day

FOR NON-INSTRUCTIONAL AND LABORATORY ROOMS

1. The same guidelines as instructional room guidelines No. 1,2,3,4, and 5b.
2. Criteria for structuring:
i. Completeness of cl struc: 30%
ii. Cleanliness/Safeness: 30%
iii. Organization/Classroom system: 20%
iv. Artistry: 20%
3. Awards and prizes:
a. First: 3in1 printer
b. First placer will be awarded “Best in Laboratory Management”
4. Entries:
a. Computer Laboratory: c/o Mr. Nunez, Ms. Labrador and Mr. Butihen
b. TVL Food Tech Lab: c/o Mrs. Painagan, Justiniane and Mrs. Bentillo
c. Library: c/o Ms. Bunao, Mr. Caitom, and Mrs. Gomez
d. Canteen and Clinic: Mrs. Bolotaolo, Mrs. Gudmalin and Mrs. Palingcod
Note: the frontyard of the office will be taken charge by the canteen. Clinic will also be
transferred to the canteen.
