With the many new developments of high density

housing it is taking up a lot of vital space that can

be used for parks, schools and other

developments. These houses are close together

and do not provide enough space for backyards,

personal space and are effecting the community

and the property.

Creates Mass Amounts of Traffic


NEGATIVE IMPACT

Coming home at rush hour is already a hassle, and

with more people coming home because of high

density housing it makes small roads to get into

towns and cities a traffic jam. And when the roads

are supposed to be clear, they are not and are

continuing to get more and more crowded.

Cost of Profit from Residents and


Developers
NEGATIVE IMPACT

Developers are paying a lot of money to get land

and produce these houses, and they are selling for

much more. The prices are constantly going up

which is effecting the residents. Housing prices are

skyrocketing which is not helping the market.

Attracts New Emplyers 


POSITIVE IMPACT

Many businesses build and do very well in places

with high density housing. The more people that

live close to their store means the more business.

Companies and stores are thriving off high density

housing which is bringing in new income for them

and more new builders and emplyers in the area.

Managing Schools
POSITIVE IMPACT

With high density housing, it is very easy to keep

schools and their boundaries clear and concise.

They can easily manage who goes to what school,

and the amount of people that they are going to

allow. High density housing is helping schools and

how they are managing them.
