2.1. Public Owners
 these are governed by the government sector.
 Strict law implementation and projects are to be transparent and in
accordance with Philippine laws and constitution
 Social and economic growth driven

2.2. Private Owners

 Private projects are projects of every type that are owned,
controlled or commissioned by a private party. Private parties
include individuals, homeowners, corporations, other business
entities, non-profit associations, privately funded schools, hospitals,
publicly traded companies, etc. Anything, in other words, that is not
the government.
 More of the business aspect(profit)
According to statistics, private sector in 2017 accounted for 74 percent of the
construction, while public construction had 26 percent. While as of to date,
 due to the “BUILD BUILD BUILD” Program government sector had a sure rise in
percentage to the next years.

3.1. Infrastructure Agencies- National Irrigation Authority, Department of Public
Works and Highway, LRTA
3.2. Non-infrastructure Agencies -DepEd, DAR, Custom, DTI

accredited thru licenses given by specific organization (CIAP, PCAB etc)
4.2. Informal Subsector- with business documents but small scale or those that
doesn’t have the necessary permits and licenses (mamamakyaw etc.)
