Analyzing IoT application data

All this encompasses services such as Big Data, Machine Learning or machine learning
and other technologies related to data analysis. Patterns, behaviors are sought to
endow objects and things with "intelligence."

How do IoT applications present
data?
The machines do not need an interface to represent the data. They are able to
understand each other through machine code and binary code. But people are not
IoT applications. We need interfaces that show us the information.

A good starting point is web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Current
World Wide Web (WWW) standards.

The Internet of things and its applications

Disruptive technologies such as the Internet of Things are already causing

significant changes in the workplace and in the personal sphere.

Currently, these technologies that have practically just emerged are not yet
implemented at a significant level in most companies, making it the ideal time to
do so, thus anticipating companies in the sector.

Smart Home: Making a home smart is

probably the most popular successful IoT app
right now.
Wearables: Relojes, pulseras y gafas
inteligentes nos ofrecen nuevas
oportunidades de interactuar con nuestro
entorno.

Industrial and manufacturing sector: The

incorporation of IoT sensors, artificial
intelligence and wearables allow a significant
decrease in process times, improvement in
employee safety and movement in the
resolution of incidents.
Smart Cities: The IoT has the potential to
transform entire cities by solving real
problems that citizens face every day. With
the use of appropriate sensors and data, we
can solve traffic congestion, crime and
pollution problems.

Connected car: These vehicles are equipped

with Internet access and motion, proximity
and camera sensors. They allow not only to
be able to carry out autonomous driving, but
also to support the driver if a repair is
needed. The software that Tesla cars have
installed makes it possible to autonomously
program a vehicle collection system and take
it to a Tesla facility to make the necessary
adjustments to its maintenance. This avoids
the need to deal with workshops and the
negotiation on the price.
Agriculture: Farmers are beginning to
implement irrigation technology that
combines smart sprinklers and repositories
of data on crops and soil conditions. They
take advantage of meteorological
information to determine the date and
method of planting seeds.

Retail: An application on the Internet of

Things (IoT) that appears to solve the
problem of authentication, location and
payment in stores, are the Beacons, small
sensors with bluetooth technology that
communicate with smart devices such as
smartphones, tablets, or smartwatches ,
among others. They facilitate indoor location
and provide information on offers or stores
to users.
