12 ¼” Hole
Pressure test BOP.
Drill 12-¼’’ Hole 2 ft. TVD into the Shuaiba Reservoir at +/-4875 ft MD.
1. M/U 12-¼’’ BHA :
TCIBit “MX18H” with 3 x 20
8’’ Motor
8’’ MWD
8’’Summit PBL SUB
7 x 8’’ DC
8’’ Jar
1 x 8-1/2’’ DC’s
X/over
30 x 5" HWDP
2. Shallow test Motor/MWD with 700-800 gpm and calibrate depth sensor.
3. RIH and Wash down last stand before tag DV plug.
4. Tag DV, Circulate clean 68 Pcf in and out reciprocate pipes. 500 gpm.
5. Pressure test casing to 1450 psi above DV.(1545 ft)
6. Drill out DV collar DD on rig floor.
7. Ream DV Collar several times and ensure clear.
8. Pressure test 13 3/8" CSG to 1450 psi.
9. RIH and Wash down last stand before Csg collar.@ 4032 frt.
10. Drill out cement to 4103 ft 10 ft. above float shoe. 600gpm. DD on rig floor.
11. Circulate clean check mud weight in and out = 69 PCF
12. Pressure test casing to 1360 psi.
13. POOH to +/- 3853 ft, & re-log section from 3853’ to 10 ft above shoe
14. Pump 50 bbl. Hi-Vis Spacer, before Swap on OBM
15. Drill out cement + float shoe @ 4114 ft. DD on rig floor.
16. Dispatch Water base mud return, Clean the pits. Adjust Shaker screen as necessary.
17. Make sure we have on hand 800 bbl to 1000 bbl minimum oil base mud.
18. OBM mud system should at least consists of 30 ppb of Calcium Carbonate (combined
Baracarb-50 and CaCO3 Medium and Fine) and , 2 ppb Steel Seal-100 (or LC Lube
Fine) ), 2% vol of Maxshield (or Poroseal).
19. 100 bbl. LCM pill (100 ppb CaCO3, Fiber/ Mica/ Nut Plug, medium and coarse size
combination) should be prepared and ready before starting drilling the 12-¼” section

21. Drill 12 ¼’’ hole to 4875 ft. (Final depth to be decided by GOC)
Adjust drilling parameters as DD instruction.
