This has been reference the discussion held at the office chember of the
ADM&AEO, Jalpaiguri Zilla Parishad on 18.3.2020 that two nos of Split type Air
Conditioner one 2TR and one 1.5TR yet to be installed at AEO's Bunglow,
Racecourse Para Jalpaiguri. In view of the above an estimate amounting to
Rs.1,31,185.00 being prepared considering two Split ACs including Time delay
starter and voltage stabilizer. As directed by the ADM&AEO the tender formalities
should be completed as an early date. The fund for the above works should be
arrange from other sources.
Submitted for necessary technical and administrative apporval.
