Package Sewage / Effluent Treatment Plants
A3S Enviro offers a wide range of pre engineering, pre fabricated packaged Waste water treatment systems to handle
domestic and industrial sewage originating from industrial residences, large commercial complexes, small and medium
industries using suitable treatment methods matching the clients requirement.

Standard modules facilitate a shorter delivery period. The completely pre engineered units require very less civil works and
can be erected and commissioned in a short time span. The pre fabricated units are independent of site location (i.e.) in
places where there is space constraint or cost of space is very high, these units can be located either on the top of the
building, structures or in the basement.

The packaged units work on a media based biological degradation. The specifically developed media made from UV
stabilized and chemically resistant propylene offers an ideal condition for growth of micro organisms to degrade the incoming
organic contaminants. The use of media also reduces the aeration tank sizes substantially thereby reducing the footprint of
Sewage Treatment plant. The process air required is provided by means of twin a lobe type air blower which transfers air
through rugged EPDM diffusers. The media also substantially reduces the sludge generation from these units.

Options are available to house the blower in sound proof enclosures to reduce noise thus facilitating the location of units
close by to residential units. Packaged units come in standard modules with capacities ranging from 5 m3/day to 200
m3/day.

Zero Liquid Discharge System

Zero Liquid systems eliminate liquid waste streams from your plant and produce high purity water for reuse. Certain factors
make water a valuable resource and therefore it is considered a key manufacturing resource. Hence installing a ZLD system
would maximize water recycles.

The ZLD system provides an economical solution to all industries which have to compete with local water availability, water
costs and wastewater discharge criteria.

The ZLD system combines a number of waste water treatment technologies, including sanitary collection, biological water
treatment, Ultra Filtration, Micro filtration, RO water recycling and evaporation ponds/Mechanical Evaporators. These
systems recycle waste streams such as:
Boiler blow down

 RO reject
 DM regeneration waste
 Softener regeneration waste

Zero Liquid Discharge System is a fully integrated automated system incorporating a mechanical evaporator and solids de-
watering. We can recover 95 to 99 percent of waste water as high-purity distillate (< 10 mg/1 TDS). High purity distillate
produced in this system can be used for cooling tower or boiler makeup water.
Notably, the ZLD reduces water supply costs given that Industries no longer must purchase as much fresh water for
manufacturing.
