One Way to Samadhi

Samadhi is a state of ultimate bliss, where everything that is know, becomes unknown,
and everything that is unknown becomes know. You move past the frenzy of time and
cannot have it’s effects harm you. You are one with this universe, you are not just
experiencing bliss, you are bliss in all it’s glory. In this state you seemingly blend
effortlessly into the fabric of this universe. You can leave this body and attain complete
liberation at this time if you so choose.

There are several people who reached this state. some( not all) siddhars, saints, rishis
and yogis reached this. very few people in kali yuga reached this. It is much different
than partial moksha( going to a deities loka) as it requires COMPLETE liberation from
time, something that can only be achieved by uniting with the energy of this universe,
and the universe itself that is the basis from which the energy creates.

There are certain ways to achieve this , including but not limited to patanjalis 8 limbs.but
in this kali yuga this is probably the a good, comprehensive way to to achieve this state.
I have gotten it through deep mantra meditation on shiva. I will warn you though. By
NO means is this easy. 99.999999 percent of people will not be able to achieve this state
if they read this anyways as it takes a fair amount of time. do not skip steps,as it may not
work if you do.

The first level to this is yoga. Yoga is imperative to samadhi as it allows your physical
body to hold the energy that is a byproduct of the later exercises. Any group of
authentic yoga exercises will do but try to remain consistent on which asanas you do. I
recommend you do this for 1- 3 hours a day. If you do it for 1 hour you will have to do it
for 300 days. If you do it for 3 hours you will have to do it for 100 days. Even after you
complete the set amount of days still do it for half an hour a day.
After your set amount of days for yoga are over it is time to move into chakra
meditation. only do this after your yoga meditation is done( ex:300 days). Chakra
meditation is extremely vital to set a baseline to receive the energy that you will get.the
7 chakra sound are lam vam ram yam ham aum and om. Remember pronounce aum
different than om. Try to do each chakra sound for 10 minutes a day. for a total of 70
minutes.Then lie down and absorb the energy. Repeat this for 100–300 days. this will
increase the potency of your chakras.
Next move into 3rd eye meditation. You can focus on your 3rd eye while looking
upwards, putting pressure on it, similar to shambhavi mudhra, for 10 minutes and 3
repetitions( total 30 min, spread out through the day.) Or you can just chant aum(
different than om) 300 times for a total of 3-9 repetitions spread out through the day.
do not chant too fast. Once every 2 seconds seems reasonable. This will be a total of
900- 2700 times a day. This will open your 3rd eye and allow you to improve your
intuition and see the world energetically and spiritually, allowing you to bypass material
visions of this world. Do this for 180- 360 days to reap complete benefits. I recommend
you do at least 200 days.
Kundalini awakeningis the following step . Try repeatedly to allow the energy from what
you have collected to manifest as a catalyst for your kundalini to rise and grant you
bliss. You may not have bliss, as it can also come in the form of electric shocks, electric
tingles, and complete awareness. Your self can become all as well. This should be the
shortest of the steps. There is no set time for this. You can brush up on other steps if
you need to during this time.

Now we come to the step after kundalini awakenings which is mantras. i recommend
you do 1- 3 hours of mantras every day( particularly om namah shivaya, and direct
shakthi mantras such as the words parashakthi or just the word shakthi. Do not chant to
any specific goddess that shakthi resides in because it is not as direct. Any form is not
the raw shakthi as she is formless.) Do this for 108- 1008 days.The longer you do it the
more prepared you will be. I recommend you still chant 10 -30 minutes every day after
you complete this stage.
after this we move to the energy of this universe. Using energy we can do anything to
ourselfs and anything physical, or spiritual. It is a extremely useful tool. We can do this
by simply trying visualizing the energy flowing into us and flowing out of us while
chanting shakthi mantras( such as parashakthi). You can also in the later part of this
stage visualize yourself moving energy in different ways. Do this for a hour a day for 300
days. Even before this stage you will notice siddhis, and spiritual gifts start to pop up in
due to mantra chanting. In this stage Your spiritual energy will be greatly enhanced and
your energy levels greatly increased.
This stage is called selective energy. In the past stage we focused on energy in a broad
light but in this stage we will focus on energy more selectively. Become perceptive to
the different kinds of energy and learn how to use them. For example energy to attract
money, or energy to attract spiritual abundance, energy to attract more energy. This
phase is long so give it 900 days. do it for 1- 3 hours daily.Chanting shiva and shakthi
mantras during this time is also greatly useful. Do the past exercise but instead of using
it for broad energy use it for certain energy changing the energy each time.

After this you can move on to manipulating different types of energy, and
understanding that energy is everything known, and can do anything. Try doing extreme
manifestation and try doing all sorts of different things. Do not get distracted from
samadhi though, but learn how to use energy, to cause nature events, ( do not hurt
people!), and how to materialize, teleport occasionally( many people cannot do that
even at this stage so do not worry.). Remember the goal is samadhi. You are simply
experimenting with the endless possibilities of energy. There is no set time limit for this.
Remember to still do energy meditation that you have done previously with mantra
chanting but do it 1 hour. DO not let this phase last too log though as you have to
move on to the next one. This is the point where many siddhis will hit you. Do not be
distracted.
After this comes stopping the aging process, and removing the appetite for food, and
removing the need for sleep. Still do broad energy meditation for 1 hour a day but also
do the exercises I am about to tell you. firstly this is no easy feat. This is a extremely
difficult stage to get through but it is still very much possible. Firstly we will start with
sleeping. By now your sleep should have drastically decreased by a good 3- 4 hours, due
to the energy you have built up. We want to drop it even more though, so do this. When
you sit in meditation, imagine the energy in your body, fluctuating around your
body,and finally hitting your brain. Imagine the energy going inside the brain and the
brain in turn supplying the body with energy. The energy goes in your brain, then it
comes out. Keep doing this for 100 days an you sleep should drop. After a 108 days you
should no longer have to do this and your sleep will be near the 4 to 3 hour mark or
even less. Do not force this upon yourself. It could be dangerous. Let yourself naturally
get rid of the need for sleep. I repeat. DO NOT RUSH THIS. Next comes the removal of
the need for food or water. Do not constantly remove the intake of water and food as
this is dangerous. There are to ways to do this. I will tell you the safe way, as the harder
way could possibly kill you if you are not ready for it. The safe way will insure that you
are okay. Close your eyes, and you can sit in meditation optionally. Imagine amrith form
on the back of the soft palate. Visualize the taste of the amrith, how it rejuvenates your
body, Then let the amrith slowly enter your being. Once it reaches your stomach,
imagine its golden composition to spread across your body completely rejuvenating
you. Let this feeling of warmth last. Thank shiva and shakthi. This form of meditation
should take only 10 minutes, but should not take anything less. Do this 3 times daily.
The energy that you have gained from past exercises should help you eventually remove
the need for food or water. Do this for 100 days, and see if you lose a appetite for food
and water. REMEMBER DO NOT RUSH THIS. DO NOT STOP YOURSELF FROM EATING. It
is extremely dangerous and deregotary to your health. Eventually you should lose
appetite, and will feel full without eating. Do not starve yourself. Gradually reduce food
intake, as it corresponds with your appetite. If you are beginning to lose appetite and
have cut your food intake by a quarter or more , check your weight and make sure there
are no drastic decreases. There will be decreases but it will not be drastic if it is natural. If
you start to experience extreme drastic loss, stop and take a break from the exercise,
unless you feel full. I do not want anyone to get hurt. Next we can stop the aging
process. It is quite easy to stop it at this stage, although it would have been impossible if
you were at the beginning. Simply do this exercise 21 times a day to stop aging , and 40
times to start to reverse aging. Take 3 deep breaths in. Imagine your energy getting
built up as a result of the air tension that builds up. Then breathe out. As soon as you
breathe out imagine that energy going inside every atoms, and cell, both exterior and
interior rejuvenating it. Then breathe in 2 times and exhale 1 time again when you
exhale imagine the energy rejuvenating everything in your body. Then breathe in 1 time,
and exhale, imagining the energy rejuvenating your body. This is 1 set. Do either 21 sets
of these or 40 sets a day for 100 days to see effects.

Do each of these ones( anti aging, no food, or water, no sleep) separately each 100 days.
You can do the last one for 300 days if you want to get maximum benefits. If you do it
for 1000 days you can choose the time of death or live for hundreds or thousands of
years.If you feel uncomfortable with the timing on any one, feel free to extend it to give
yourself more time.
Next comes the energetic body. This is the hardest technique yet to perfect and is only
surpassed by samadhi. This is what the 18 siddhars use to commune with many people
today. Although they have left their physical body, they still guide people with their
energetic body. Ramalinga swamigal had something similar to this with his being a light
body( body made of light.) You can choose either one but With the practices you have
done a energetic body seems easier so that is what I will go with. First attempt to astral
project yourself and try to project your presence elsewhere. You physically will not be
there. Attempt to see what is going on there. If you do not succeed the first time do not
worry, rather keep trying. Eventually you will get mastery. on your first day do
meditation for a hour to 3 hours every day. Imagine your being being slowly projected
outward.First start with the energy being built in your body then let it out and as it
comes out it slowly takes your form. This will take a lot of concentration so chant a shiva
or shakthi mantra while doing this. Then every time you come back to do meditation (
for 1–3 hours) Imagine your energy being poured into that form. The form that you
created on your first day will be the recipient of this energy. Over a span of 3 years do
this until you eventually are able to do miraculous things. you will be able to send your
energetic body to touch things, and move it as if you are really doing it. You can
teleport the energetic body anywhere. The energetic body moves past all limitations. it
can be energy. Therefore since the energetic body is YOU you are the energetic
body.still do energetic meditation ( broad, while sucking in energy) for the same amount
of time you do the energetic body meditation. This will prevent you from losing too
much energy.

Ramalinga swamigal.^
The last stage is of course samadhi! This is the hardest stage to recieve and is not easy
by any mean to achieve this. I doubt even half the people who did the previosu steps
could reach this, although they would reach other lokas such as kailasha loka, or
brahmaloka if they wish. Samadhi is effortless unification with brahman and the
formless. There is no prescribed exercise for this. If you are ready samadhi will come to
you, if you are not it will not come. The best you can do is chant mantras to shiva,
shakthi or the mantra om in hopes of reaching this achievement. I am sure you
eventually will reach this with the work you have done, but if need be you ca retire to a
cave to achieve samadhi. I wish you good luck on this spiritual journey.Feel free to save
