Hence, having professional, productive
workplace relationships can help create a
positive and effective working environment,
improving business performance taking into
account the organisation's values, goals and
cultural diversity.
OBSERVATION
OPPORTUNITY
As part of the observation done over the last 3 months, it´s noticed
that is important to develop a best team relation based on the
following aspects:

- Information and Communication management


-How to develop trust and confidence
-Improve Networks and relation ship
-Manage difficulties and achieving positive outcomes
Information and Communication Management
Make sure strategies and processes are clear and communicate information associated with the
achievement of work responsibilities to all co-workers. This includes well understanding of roles,
position and responsibilities. Furthermore, constant feedback and team meetings are important.
Moreover, develop and implement consultation processes to ensure that employees have the
opportunity to contribute to issues related to their work role and the tools to resolve promptly
or referred to relevant areas to give a clear solution.

How to develop trust and confidence
Implement policies to ensure that the organisation’s cultural diversity and ethical values are
well valued.
Increase and maintain the trust and confidence of colleagues and external contacts through
professional conduct delivered by experts with leadership courses, coaching sessions and human
resources follow up.
Adjust own interpersonal communication styles to meet the organisation’s cultural diversity and
ethical environment and guide and support the work team in their personal adjustment process
CULTURAL DIVERSITY
A cultural diverse organisation includes
people and team members from different
countries, background, nationallities,
culture, personalities and afrom all aspects
in society.
Improve Networks and relationships
Use networks to build workplace relationships providing identifiable outcomes for the team and
the organisation .
Conduct ongoing planning to ensure that effective internal and external workplace relationships
are developed and maintained

It is very important to take NETWORKING into account


because it has different benefits for the business:
It helps to learn more about your industry, help to develop
new career opportunities. Thought networking can be built
business contacts and mutually rewarding relationships.
TIPS DEVELOPING NETWOKING

TASK TO FOLLOW:

◦ You can create a short course or workshop about


personalities in the team.
◦ Delegate leaders and mentors for staff members,
they can be within the same team or external
areas as well.
◦ Human resources has developed a role-play tool
to develop confidence in face-to-face
networking
◦ Contact a coach to develop a presentation on
the benefits of networking
◦ You can hosting a networking event and please
use part of the budget for business strategy to
support it costs.
Managing conflict
GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR MANAGING
CONFLICT INCLUDE:
Getting the parties together to talk about their
issues
Listening to both parties to understand what
has caused the dispute
Treating each party equally and remaining
impartial
Presenting each view point and talking through
the conflict with each party, acting as a
moderator for the conversation
Documenting discussions and following formal
procedure for disputes (these may include
disciplinary action if serious).
Manage difficulties and achieving
positive outcomes
Ensure and keep an eye always on difficulties in the team are identified and resolved
immediately .
Establish processes and systems to ensure that conflict is identified and managed constructively
in accordance with the organisation’s policies and procedures, to keep this process underline
and covered by company regulations contact and meet human resources team.
Ask for support to be trained on how to provide guidance, counselling and support to assist
coworkers in resolving their work difficulties

PLEASE DEVELOP ASAP A DISC EVALUATION FOR ALL TEAM
MEMBERS TO UNDERSTAND ALL TYPES OF PERSONALITIES AND
HAVE A CLEAR PATHWAY TO DEAL CONFLICT WHEN IT RAISES.
