SECTIOl~ 1.. Section 68 of Presidential Decree (P.D"_)

No.. 705, as aI:lended, is hereby ameIlcied to reaci as follows:

hereby further anencied by adding Sections68-A and 68-B which

ducts illegally cut, gathered, reDoved, or
possessed or abandoned, and all conveyances used
either by land, water or air in the co~ssion
of the offense and to dispose 0:;:' the same in
accordance with pertinent la'.-ls, regulations orpolicies
on the matter.

leading to the apprehe~sion and conviction
of any offender for any viola~ion of this Code

SECTION 3. All la~'!s, orders, issuances, rules and

regulations or~arts thereof inconsistent with this
Executive .9rder are herebJT repealed or modified accordingly

S~CTIOl~ 4. This Executive Order shall take effect

Offi~ial Gazette OI' in a newspaper of general ci~culation
in the' Philippines.
