In this survey we can see that the client only recommends the company in 50% since it is a client
that does not have frequent contact, this because only 1 purchase has been made, as soon as they
have received their product they have realized that it is compliant with its expectations of quality,
but at the time of performing a price vs. quality, the customer is not satisfied with the price and
perhaps that is the low commercial relationship, the company must comply with a greater variety
of products, flavor and prices in order to satisfy the total need of the client to his liking.

There are many methods to carry out surveys, through a satisfaction survey you can also
meet dissatisfied customers and prevent them from abandoning your brand, product or
service. Therefore, you will have the tools to meet customer expectations and not affect the
company´s.

That is why it is important that all company personnel are active and open to carrying out
these types of activities where we can enrich the company with strong results such as
conducting a survey of customers who are the main critics of a brand.
