1.Equipment unloading and packaging removel
设备卸车及包装拆除
注意事项：
Precautions:
1.了解罐体上各管口位置，避免搬运过程中对罐体及人身
的伤害。
Learn the position of the port to avoid the damage of the
tank and injury of operator during moving.
2.设备尽量竖直搬运，从而能避免对罐体的损伤，若必须
放倒搬运时，必须先找寻设备平整面与地面接触，并做好
相应防护，避免将管口与地面或搬运设备直接接触。
The equipment should be vertical handled to avoid the
damage of the tank,once horizontal handling must find the
equipment flat surface contact the ground also please pay
more attention to the related safeguard procedures to avoid
the pipe port directly contact with the ground.
3.搬运过程中一定要做好搬运设备与罐体接触面的防护，
避免造成罐体的磕碰。
Ensuring the contact surface protective of the handling
equipment and tank to avoid causing the bumps of the tank
during moving.
4.设备搬运时，在配件箱内找出罐体的调整螺栓，并进行
安装。
Find the adjusting bolt in the accessory box and install it
during moving.

2.Brewhouse system Installation layout
糖化系统设备布置
Refer to the equipment layout to determine the location of each tank,according to the pipeline diagram to connect the process
piping,pipe fittings,heat exchanger and pump;
adjust the height of the adjusting anchor to ensure that the equipment is vertical and the location of the pipeline and pump is
appropriate;
check the fixed bolt of the raking knife and turbine reducer which installed on the lauter tank to ensure equipment normal operation;
install the exhaust cylinder.

参照设备平面布置图确定各设备位置，按照管路图，连接工艺管道、管件、换热器、泵；
调整垫脚的高度，以保证设备的垂直和管路及泵的位置合适；
检查紧固过滤槽的耕刀、减速机的固定螺栓；
安装排气筒。

Precautions:
1.Pay attention to adjust the sprinkler head size inside the indoor exhaust device to allow spray water arrive to the appropriate
strength in order to achieve the best effect of steam condensate.
2.Note the wind direction for the axial flow fan should be down so that exhaust steam vapor
3.Axial flow fan wiring diagram is placed in fan connection box

注意事项：
1.注意调节室内排气管内喷水头的大小，让喷水达到合适的强度，从而实现最佳的蒸汽冷凝效果。
2.注意轴流风机的出风方向，应为往下吹风，从而使蒸汽下拉。
3.轴流风机的接线示意图在风机接线盒内，可参照安装。

Precaution:
1.Salt water tank should be added coarse salt to achive saturated conditions and replenished on a regular basis.
2.According to using frequency set cleaning days,each dial for one day,after all the pressed based on interval days to lift dial.
3.when cleaning the soften deivce,its can automatic drainage by drain-pipe need about 20min.
4.when using the soften water must be connected to the power supply also open water source so as to achieve automatic
cleaning state.

注意事项:
1.软化水盐箱内加粗盐使盐水达到饱和状态，注意定期补充。
2.软化器机头设置根据使用频率设置清洗天数，每个拨片为一天，全部按下后，根据间隔天数提起拨片。
3.软化器在清洗时会通过排水管进行自动排水，大约持续20min
4.软化水使用时必须接通电源，开启水源，从而达到自动清洗状态。
3.Installation of the miller
粉碎机的安装

The expansion bolt is fixed on the ground;

the motor is reliably grounded to prevent leakage.

膨胀螺栓固定在地面上；
电机需连接地线，以防漏电。

Fermentation tank is in the place to ensure that the tanks

Set your glycol water tank in the designated location of

installation;
install the peripheral components;
install the chiller and related pipelines.

罐体定位；
安装罐体配件；
安装制冷机及相关管路。

冰水回口 Inlet
Ice water tank connect ice water pump and
pipe.
Ice water flow into the pump first and then
into the plate heat exchanger and fermentor.
Finally return the ice water tank from the top
inlet to realize the circulation cooling

冰水罐通冰水泵管路；
冰水罐冰水进泵然后由泵打入换热器及发酵
罐；
在冰水罐上方返回冰水罐，实现循环降温。

Chiller connect ice water tank pipe.

Add valve on the ice water tank' another outlet
and then connect the chiller' inlet.
Chiller backflow port connect to the top inlet of
the ice water tank to realize the circulation
cooling.

制冷机通冰水罐管路连接；
由冰水罐另外一组出口处加阀门，
然后通制冷机的进水口，
从制冷机的回水口连接到冰水罐的上面返回
口，
从而实现循环降温。

6.Electrical appliances

Fixed the control cabinet position,
all tanks' cables are connected to the control cabinet according to the circuit diagram.
all of the temperature tube PT100 have been connected to the control cabinet when delivery,install the PT100 need to remove the tube
firstly and then put into the temperature terinal box,using three core wires connect to the control cabinet.
(Remark:note original probe connection order when removing the PT100)
Ice water electromagnetic valve coil power is 24V,and using our provide the two core wires to connection.
Tank PT100 line and electromagnetic line must corresponded to the same tank so as to accurate measurement the tank temperature and
control cooling.

固定配电柜位置;
所有罐体线缆铺设至控制柜，按照电路图和控制柜标识连接。
所有的温度探头PT100出厂时已连接到控制柜下面温度接线端子上，安装温度探头时，需要先拆下探头放入罐体的温度接线盒内，
用三芯电线进行连接至控制柜。
（注意，在拆除探头前，留意探头原来在端子上的接线顺序，按照原来的接线顺序进行连接）
冰水电磁阀线圈为24v ，请用我厂所配两芯线进行连接即可。
罐体温度探头线路与电磁阀线路务必对应同一罐体，从而达到准确探测罐内温度，并准确控制降温的目的。
