Leader/Co-Leader
provides a direct link between the unit and family members
maintains regular contact with key callers

assists in addressing family member concerns

maintains accurate records of FRG funds in accordance with unit guidelines
maintains, accounts for, and documents spending of the fund
ensures that FRG activities are conducted in accordance with regulation
Secretary
records and maintains minutes for all FRG meetings
documents every time a vote is taken for the use of funds or other activities
assists with correspondence generated by the FRG
Newsletter Editor
publishes unit FRG newsletter
oversees gathering of information; organizes, writes and edits material
organizes newsletter staff
researches local regulations concerning official newsletters
distributes newsletter to FRG membership
Activities Chair
plans, organizes and executes FRG activities and special events
solicits ideas and interests from FRG membership for upcoming activities
helps find needed resources for activities
manages all FRG fundraising activities including coordination, permission, and recruiting
volunteers
