Current Assoc.
Projects and Responsibilities include:-

• Developing on-site plans and procedures for the field operations.

• Coordinating and monitoring the activities of subcontractors,
suppliers, labour and materials.
• Ensuring that the work is performed within the boundaries of the
job estimate.
• Creating and updating progress schedules.
• Monitor the withdrawal of material through measuring the work
done against the contractual documents, Specifications and
BOQ.
• Coordinates plans and designs endorsed by the head office
• Preparing regular and special reports for job meetings and
hosting those meetings.

A) Ethan Allen Showroom & Main Offices :-
Mixed Use Building project consisting of 4 floors: - the
building used to be a 3 star hotel, the interior was fully
demolished and the building was renovated into a 3 floor
Furniture Show Room & an Architectural Office floor with a
Roof Cafeteria.

1- Demolition of all Floors, Non-bearing Walls &
facilities
2- Preparing quantities of all required materials based on
 As-built plans and plans attained from the US by
Ethan Allens Main office.

• Conducting preliminary studies of proposed projects to obtain

information as to space and design requirements & obtaining
measurements
• Preparation of architectural plans, sections, elevations, details,
presentation materials.
• Creating Preliminary Designs in order to move forward with the
 preparation of architectural plans
• Creating 3d Visualisation effects via Autocad, 3ds Max, Revit,
Sketchup & Adobe Suite.
• Assists in the preparation of plans for existing buildings where
plans are not available.
• Site supervision
• Presenting the project to the client together with the Project &
Senior Architect
• Choosing materials taking into consideration aesthetic appeal,
cost and quality.
• Choosing material suppliers.
• Provides support to the Project Architect and management staff.

In addition to the Business Development job responsibilities, I worked

as a Technical Engineer (Architectural Drawings) for 2 months (at
DAMAC - Al Abdali Tower) gaining good onsite experience, moreover,
helped the Estimation division on several projects, assisting the
management of the company in Re-Organization and structuring, Re-
branding and marketing.

• Share responsibility for overall progress and appropriate use of
resources with project sponsors
• Prepare project master plan (Milestones, Work streams, Work
packages) in Coordination with the Program Manager

handled correctly

PERSONAL STATEMENT

Being an ambitious person, I work hard to achieve the highest standards and fulfil
my role. I continued my studies (MSc Construction Project Management) because
I wanted to have a holistic view of the Project Lifecycle rather than pursuing a
pure Architectural route. I am a spontaneous thinker who aims to enhance the
performance of companies through forward thinking (thus the aim of my MSc
dissertation is Enhancing the current practices in Jordan using applications
adapted from the United Kingdoms), this requires working with visionary people
and as part of a creative team, an organization that can get the most of my
strength and skills.
