Warm up: Flashcards
Review family members 10’

Development:
Teacher draws a family tree on the board; students come to the front and write the family members on the
corresponding places. 30’

Wrap up:
Write scrambled words on the board, students come and unscramble the words. 10’

SESSION 2
STAGE TIME MATERIAL
Warm up: Flashcards
Techer gives some commands (sit down/stand up). Students must follow the commands, the student who 5’
gets it wrong is out of the game.
Development:
Students unscramble the words of the family members and classify them into male and female.

Wrap up:
Students compare their answers. 5’

SESSION 2
STAGE TIME MATERIAL
Warm up: Flashcards
Teacher draws a family tree on the board; students come to the front and write the family members on the 5’
corresponding places.
Development:
On a worksheet, students look at a family tree and unscramble the words in order to form the correct family
words.
On the same worksheet, students solve a cross word with the words they just unscrambled. 40’

Wrap up:
Students compare their answers. 5’
