    Internship Report: NIKHIL

    I was assigned to the Swavalamban Project i.e. where we find potential candidates to
    facilitate them to become self-employed. 

    Week 1:

    - Reaching out to potential candidates from the state of Uttar Pradesh and understanding
    their needs and requirements in order to help them start their business

    - Calculated the Strength rating for these candidates to filter out the candidtaes that have
    the necessary prerequisites to start a business 

    Week 2:

    - Bank Visits and meeting with branch managers to find out the requirements of the
    government scheme called Mudra that helps self-employed people get loans for their
    business 

    - Allotment of verticals. Ex: Cattle Rearing, Animal Husbandry etc

    Week 3:

    - Preparation of Business Plans pertaining to select verticals like Animal husbandry,


    Bakery, Restaurant etc.

    Additionally I also assisted the team to build a structure and decide key parameters 
    around the Mentorship Program.
